This 2 bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom with queen size bed. Secondary bedroom with queen size bed. 2 full size bathrooms with shower/bath combo. Living room with TV, couch, and fireplace. Kitchen with full size appliances, basic cookware, and dishes. Dining room with table and 4 chairs. Washer/dryer in-unit. Private balcony. Private garage that can fit one small to mid-size vehicle. Additional free onsite parking.

1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
2. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it`s closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
3. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
4. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
5. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for use.
