Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 209 needs a lot of cleaning and a complete renovation. Too many things broken, dirty, bugs, mold which is dangerous. When I asked to be moved was told I would have to pay for up grade. Then I was offered a 3 br unit that had just had a new floor put down and the smell was very, very strong from the adhesive used and I had to decide what was more likely to sent me into an Asthma attack. Chose to stay put. The location is great. Too bad owners are not required to keep up their property. Apparently management doesn’t do inspection.

But the condition of the property has clearly declined. There are examples of lack of maintenance all over the common areas.We own rental condos in other areas so are familiar with what is reasonable . The unit we stayed in could use renovation. Formica countertops and spotted carpets with 20 yr old white appliances doesn’t work anymore except for tenants seeking only cheap accommodations. Worst, there was hair in the tub, the kitchen floor was sticky, and several day old, moldy, coffee was still in the coffee maker.

Great Gatlinburg Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Gatlinburg was made even better by the convenience of the Park Place Condos. Our condo was clean and ready for our visit upon our arrival. The pictures do not do the unit justice because newer carpet has been installed, really freshening up the place. The beds were a little hard for my comfort, but that could be a preference thing. I would like to see a few items added to the kitchen to make is more usable for people like me who prefer to make most of their meals so that we can use our money for adventures and experiences. I had to get very creative when preparing our meals. Sitting by the river was a delightful way to relax after a hike through the mountains on one of the many trails offered in the park. I LOVED the convenience of being so close to everything, including the National Park Entrance, which was our main reason for visiting. You could navigate in and out of the Park with ease and didn't need to bother with the Gatlinburg traffic. We will be back next time we plan a visit to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park!
