Diese Eigentumswohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen erholsamen Besuch in der Smokies. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Master-Bad als einen Schritt in Dusche und einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne. Der Gast Bad hat eine Dusche / Badewanne Kombination. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche bietet in voller Größe Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Alle Küchenutensilien sind mit Glaswaren, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgeschirr versorgt. Great Location!

Condo is in need of updating but the location was terrific! Beds were comfortable, easy walk to downtown and the balcony next to the river was great!

Park Place Stay for the past several years .

Nice trip

My family of three went to Gatlinburg for the weekend. This place was in a great location. Very close to the Gatlinburg trail and is on the river. Lots of people were catching and releasing rainbow trout. It was about a half mile walk to the Starbucks if that is a familiar point to anyone. The condo was clean and put together. It is a bare bones place. If you like to cook or make your own coffee you will need to pack spices and the coffee. I did not check the amenities well enough before we left. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay. We had a lovely trip .

Great location; would stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I had a 3 night stay here in late November 2022. We really enjoyed this condo - it was clean and well-kept. Nothing fancy, but we were very comfortable here. We loved the fireplace, and even though it was too cold to sit on the balcony, we enjoyed the view of the river. The kitchen is well-stocked if someone would want to cook. Each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The bathroom shower door did not close very well - I had to pull the little ledge at the bottom of the door to get it to stay closed. I read on a review that someone didn’t use the shower because of this, so maybe that tip will help someone. The location is wonderful - we could walk to our favorite restaurants, and if we wanted to get around traffic in town, we had easy access to the bypass. The only negative I could say is that the beds are VERY firm. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and we used those under the sheet to soften the beds somewhat, and the pillows are very firm as well. Donna at the front desk is very helpful. We would stay here again.

A good experience

Nice unit but does need some updating

The units are well maintained and the location is excellent. The staff at the Front Desk is always very helpful and responsive to any questions we have. Fall Getaway

I found out this year we had chosen in the past an updated condo. This year we were a little disappointed. The TV's were quite small, the fireplace was not working, we had trouble with the master bath light switch not coming on. The master bath was small and the door did not close completely. The baseboards were dirty. I guess we are spoiled in our old age. The lady at the desk was very nice and she did move in a bigger TV. We did fill that she did what she could to accommodate us. She did tell us that next year to call and the office could tell us if any of the updated condos were available. The location and privacy is awesome so I am sure we will be back.
