The space is great if traveling with family, friends, or any type of group. The space offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedrooms offer a king bed. All three of the bathrooms offer a shower only. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV, all with streaming abilities. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer and clothing steamer for use during your stay as well.
The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.
We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state of the art smoke alarm system.
The Eleanor New Orleans Vacation Rentals are located in Downtown New Orleans on Loyola Ave featuring 31 units that are 3-6 bedrooms and range from 1,178-1,959 sq ft. Our arrival process is contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
While our vacation rental does not offer parking, there are two public parking facilities conveniently located directly below the property. Rates are generally $20-30/24 hours (but will increase during special events and festivals). The two parking options are located just below our property. Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.

We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this place. The location was perfect for all our activities. Sleeping is always an issue when traveling but had no problems here. The rooms are immaculate. Communication with the staff was excellent. We hope to return.

Great stay in NOLA
We were 8 adults trying to stay together for a long weekend in NOLA. We didn't think we could find a place near the French Quarter for all of us, but this is it. 5 bedrooms (all king beds) worked great for 8 adults. The living room/kitchen area was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the location was central to our visit.

Beautiful charcuterie board left for us when we arrived. Very clean and great proximity to everything! The only thing that took away one star, was that there is not one communal bathroom. Every bathroom you had to walk through someone's room to use. That made it inconvenient in the middle of the night and honestly a little awkward. I wish I would have known that before we booked. But other than that it was great! And the rooftop hot tub was incredible!

The property was accurately represented online.The location was perfect, very walkable with lots of restaurant and even some shopping near by. The manager, Shane, was responsive the few times I had questions. There wasn’t a long laundry list of rules (outside of standard things like no partying and smoking) which was also nice. This was the perfect spot for us, and all of the rooms but one had an en-suite bathroom (two of the rooms shared one bathroom, but that was still good). The only negative feedback I have is that most of the soap dispensers were broken, but that’s not enough for me to deduct a star. I’d definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Pros and some suggestions
The stay was wonderful. Spacious, clean and cool. There are no full length mirrors and no irons at this venue. But, our host Shane was very responsive and even brought us extra towels. But, bring your own colored face towels to avoid any extra charges for make up damage. It does get pretty cold in the unit but there is a thermostat. The pool was a huge sell for our group and the jacuzzi was fixed after the request. Definitely take video footage of before and after your stay.
