This expansive unit features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for groups, families, or friends. The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining space, and a comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each of the four king bedrooms offers ample space and comfort, while the fifth bedroom features two queen beds—perfect for larger groups.

o 2 bathrooms are ensuite, with the remaining bathrooms accessible from the hall

The living room offers a large 65" TV, and each bedroom is equipped with a 55" TV for your entertainment. The unit also includes a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Rooftop Pool and Hot Tub
Our building features a shared rooftop pool and hot tub, open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (weather permitting). Please note, the pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. The rooftop area offers sweeping views of the city, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Pet-Friendly Policy
We understand that pets are part of the family. Our rental is pet-friendly for a fee of $135 per stay (max 2 pets). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there's a grassy park across the street for walks.

• Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee:
o 12pm arrival – $300
o 2pm departure – $200
o Late departure of 12pm – $200 (extra 2 hours)

The Eleanor New Orleans offers 31 spacious units ranging from 1,178 to 1,959 sq ft, perfect for both short-term stays and longer visits. All units are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring modern amenities, ample space, and an unbeatable location in Downtown New Orleans.

Important: Reservations are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed. The agreement link will be sent to you immediately after booking.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO GLITTER/CONFETTI. NO SMOKING. NO ILLEGAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
