The gently sloping, wooded yard leads toward the lake and provides a scenic backdrop for fishing from the bank, kayaking, or enjoying the view. This outdoor area is a shared space with the owner.

Outdoor electrical outlets are available for charging boat batteries and other equipment. A circular driveway offers plenty of space for parking.

The property is conveniently located within five miles of two public boat ramps, a Family Dollar, and two local restaurants, making it easy to grab supplies or enjoy a meal while still retreating to a quiet setting.

We have two miniature red heelers that live on the property—one is an older, calm dog, and the other is a one-year-old who is energetic and very entertaining. They may bark and run up to greet you when you arrive. They are friendly and harmless. If you are not comfortable around dogs or would prefer not to interact with them, please message us before your arrival and we will be happy to secure them while you are here.
