You're invited to escape to our charming vacation home, "Family Tides" , the perfect retreat for your family getaways where we welcome your pup ! Magical memories await you at this Harbor View Home! Spacious and ideal for large families, or a few couples looking for some peace and tranquility. Newly, beautifully renovated kitchen and dining area, with a lovely screened in deck, overlooking Cundy's Harbor, one of the most quaint working waterfronts along the coast of Maine.

The home offers 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, 2.5 bathrooms, enough space for all ! As you enter the unique home, you are greeted by the cozy, colorful living room, featuring a lovely propane fireplace. Open floor concept, the kitchen is close by, and fully equipped to the max to cater to all aspects of cuisine cooking and entertaining! The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a 5 burner Wolff Gas Stovetop, double ovens, a 4 door fridge, coffee makers, baking and cooking tools, with plenty of wine glasses!! The Dining Area is large, comfy, with festive lights wrapped around the gorgeous exposed beams! Surely a favorite spot for relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen and Dining Area are equipped with heat pumps which provide heating as well as air conditioning. Step out into the screened in porch where you will be delighted with ocean views, salty breezes, and good times to be had! The home also boasts a large outdoor deck with picturesque views on either side! There is also a family room on the main floor with a TV for streaming. One guest room offering a queen size bed and one full bath are located on the main floor, while the other 3 bedrooms are featured on the second floor, one master, complete with a King size sleep number bed and air conditioning, the other 2 each provide a Queen size bed. You'll also find a specialty raised bathtub for your pup on the main floor!

Outside, you will find a grill, 2 kayaks w/paddles, and 2 bikes for your use, along with a lovely outdoor firepit. There are also a few games, child toys, and child gates throughout the home. Kayaks can be launched on the backside of our property, tidal frontage.

Just a short walk to Holbrook's for outside dining, enjoy a fresh lobster roll, haddock, and American cuisine ! Be sure to stop in to Hawke's Lobster Gift Shop for some unique treasures, and some fresh lobsters right off the boats! (They are also known to steam them for you to bring home and enjoy without the mess!) Also walking distance to the Cundy's Harbor Library, offering an array of books, and some summer events for the kids! Harpswell provides many walking trails, some excellent restaurants, galleries, little shops, and a wonderful ice cream outdoor parlor! There is so much to see in Harpswell, the sights throughout town are breathtaking. Close to Brunswick, where you'll find grocery shopping, restaurants, close to Bowdoin College, museums, and of course the Maine State Music Theater with superb summer productions. Close to Portland, and Freeport, home of LL Bean, many outlet shops, and restaurants. Driving distance to Popham Beach...the most spectacular stretch of sandy beach in Maine, along with historical forts to explore. Bath, Phippsburg, Boothbay Harbor, and Bar Harbor all all great day trips! So many sights to see in and around Harpswell !
