The unit comes with two assigned side-by-side corner spaces in the gated and secure parking garage. Please note that the garage's vehicle height restriction is 6'6". No oversized vehicles are permitted, and all roof racks must be removed prior to entering the garage.
There is a strict "No Smoking Policy" in the unit and building. No parties, please! Linens and bath towels are offered to interested guests through our rental program for an additional fee. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the public beach. Guests are invited to bring their beach towels. Keycards will be provided to all guests to access the unit, parking garage, elevators, and indoor and outdoor amenities.
