Nice but not perfect

Please consider adding blackout shades - blinds did not block out sun and 7 am was very bright in rooms. Outside property needed a clean up - elevator was out for several hours. The property manager was very accessible as we need a bed for the baby and was delivered within 15 mins. Lovely beach across the street

Condo was as described

Condo was very nice. Convenient to beach. It was nice to have a coffee shop right down stairs. The parking was not the greatest. Only problem was the fire alarm went off 3 times.

Not well maintained.

Nice location. We enjoyed being across the street from the beach. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. However, the place wasn’t clean enough. There was sand and popcorn on the pulled-up couch in the living room and lots of dust under the twin beds. The beds were very uncomfortable. The showers were not very clean. You need to hire a different cleaning crew invest some money in the place and take better care of it.

Cozy condo great location

Great location! Our 6 and 8 yo kids loved the twin beds and tv in their room. There was amazing views from the back deck and front porch to view the sunrise on the canal and sunset on the gulf. Beach access is almost right across the street. The condo was stocked with beach chairs, kids toys, and umbrella which was very convenient to borrow as we flew in to florida and didn’t want to bu. Condo had all the cooking items needed for eating in. The coffee shop sweet brewnette on the first level is a must for coffees and hot chocolate every morning or dinner at caddys across the street. We overall had an amazing time and will stay at skyline again.

Fabulous place!

Good location, Wonderful view

The nicest part of this rental is the location and the view. It is on the east side of Gulf Blvd, so direct access to the beach is about two blocks from the building. A great benefit is that there is a breakfast and brunch cafe down in the courtyard that has tasty selections, both light and full meals. And there is also a popular poke' establishment in the same courtyard. The view is as the photo depicts, and I photographed a GORGEOUS sunrise on my second morning. There are restaurants and fascinating sightseeeng opportunities, as well as shopping and grocery outlets. However, I found the accommodation itself to be less than expected. It is managed by a vacation rental company and with all their communication about what the renter must and must not do, I expected sparkling, up-to-date and at least mid-line furnishings and amenities. Not so. it is furnished in early garage sale style with mis-matched and missing elements (ex: rough edges on the bedrail and missing finials). It's okay that they furnished the bargain quality toiletries but I would have appreciated some quality toilet paper. There are just enough towels, which are clean. But the floors - ALL of them, both ceramic and vinyl - were filthy, not expected after all the fees that were charged and not being able to arrange early entry because the "cleaners might not be finished." I doubt the cleaners had been there that day at all, my feet picked up BLACK dirt, not sand. Still the view is spectacular, location is ++

Excellent Vacation

Best Vacation we have had in Florida so far. Very relaxing. Madeira Beach has so much charm, and the building has the best Café in the area. It serves organic food and has the best coffee in the whole beach area. The sushi place is a plus. The view from the condo is gorgeous as every window has a water view. The washer and dryer were almost brand new and worked very well. All TVs have cable television and the internet is very fast. The main bedroom TV in lieu of the usual smart TV apps has the spectrum App for the cable channels that we could watch in the living room. Parking in the building was never an issue. Every time we are in the area we get impressed with the beauty of the cities in south west Florida. We liked the beach in August as the water was calm and it did not have any waves, and also it only rained a cupule of days for a few minutes each time. The water on the beach was around 100 degrees F. every day and it was Kristal clear. St. Petersburgh is only a few minutes away, and we were amazed with the amount of Cafes and restaurants that we saw and their quality and service. We cannot wait to come back.

Great place

Exactly as advertised. Perfect location right across from beautiful beach. Near everything. Only concern is parking because of Popular Coffee house downstairs. Had parking pass but many times drove to lot and no spots because of people stopping at coffee house. Besides the parking everything was great and despite the parking would return for another vacation.

We had a great time. Would have been nice to know the property has a closet full of beach equipment and that beach towels are provided. We packed extra stuff we didn’t need. The coffee shop downstairs was great, easy checkin, plentiful parking, and clean. Would definitely rent again.

From the master bedroom and the living room, we can directly see the bayview. We can see sunrise in the morning and enjoy the night lights in the evening. It is also very convenient to go to the beach. The aparment has all beach accesaries stored in the cabin. We enjoyed a lot during our stay.

Great Place, great price, great location!

We were in town for a few nights to visit family and friends in the area. We love the Mad Beach area and this location can’t be beat. Steps from so much to do. Beautiful view off the back balcony and Sweet Brewnette below. Thanks for letting us stay at this amazing spot!

Mad Beach Vacation Stay

This property was a 9/10 for us. Very close to the beach, food, and shopping. There is what I would assume to be water damage above the tv in the master bedroom and it looks like maybe a something round and hard was dropped in the tub in the master bath. Minus some incidentals that would have been nice to have there already (tissues, sugar, etc), this place was a gem. I will keep this place in mind for our next trip!

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures were accurate and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and the canal view. Very easy access and short walk to the beach. Overall we would recommend staying here.
