The home has recently been completely remodeled top to bottom offering high end finishes throughout. West Elm Furniture, Pottery Barn Linens, All Clad Kitchen accessories + much more! Smart TVs in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.

Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer (laundry soap is provided).
The kitchen comes complete with everything you could need + a coffee pot
(ground coffee + tea is provided).

Outside you will find a large grass area and a dining table to accommodate 6 guests.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
