We would like to clarify that the property was thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, both inside and outside the home. We’re sorry to hear that you encountered dead insects indoors and were dissatisfied with the condition of the exterior areas. We did not receive any photos of the concerns mentioned, and unfortunately, we were not notified during your stay before you decided to leave. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have been happy to promptly send our cleaning team to inspect and address the exterior areas so you could enjoy the porches and decks. The property is located near the forest and lake, and as a result, leaves, insects, and other natural debris can occasionally accumulate in the outdoor areas despite regular cleaning and maintenance. While we cannot completely control these natural elements, we do our best to keep the property maintained and comfortable for our guests. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and will continue to work with our team to ensure the property is properly prepared for each arrival. We only wish we had been given the opportunity to address these concerns during your stay.
