Clean room, clean house, everything about the process was great. We really enjoyed. Only thing, the beds were a little hard. Everything else made up for it.

The rooms were true to the pictures and met our needs. The furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. Centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood seems to be in transition and initially concerned us, seeming shabby but was quiet and felt safe so ultimately was not at all a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall we are grateful for a quiet area but the first night I had a flea on me, the beds are so thin and extremely hard, and there's no curtains. So by 7am the sunlight is super bright in the main bedroom and in the front room the outside light will keep turning off and on all night which makes the light shine straight through the room.

This home had everything that our family needed for a comfortable stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’was clean I got there earlier like at 3 pm or so and I asked to check in and she said no due to the cleaning crew but no one was there( was snot courteous because I needed to check in and go to an event ) and then I asked for the code took a while to respond and then she kept stressing the fact that the number of guest on my list are the only ones allowed mind you I asked if I could have my daughter just to visit and just kept giving me generic answers about the number of people and mind you it says sleeps 8 guest I had myself my mom my two grown daughters and my 2 grandsons 6 people ,like 3xs told me about the guest situation and then it’s in a very ghetto neighborhood.And the beds are rock hard like nooooo joke very uncomfortable at night.And there is a charge menu on the frig talking about 150 person even visitors if they stay over night , like that’s a whole another nightly fee which in this case is per person. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so monitored.She has a cameras in front and at night there’s is not front porch light (mind you ghetto neighbors), literal crackheads down the street.And this place is more for a family that is driving by just to gather and go. It was very clean though but the beddings did. Not smell clean I had to wash all the blankets there, first night they were very itchy and after I washed them it was good and then she has 3 trash cans and only one can be used.

All guests and visitors must be included in the reservation, and pricing is based on the number of registered guests. In this instance, additional guests were not only visiting but also stayed overnight without being included in the reservation. Our reminders were intended to ensure compliance with the house rules, which apply equally to all guests. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, as we must allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparing the property, regardless of whether cleaning staff are present when a guest arrives. Our exterior security cameras are disclosed in our listing and are in place for the safety and security of our guests and property. Regarding trash disposal, the property has one designated trash bin, while the other two containers are specifically for recycling and brush. We regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we believe it is important to clarify that our occupancy policies, applicable fees and property guidelines are disclosed before booking. We encourage all prospective guests to review the listing and house rules carefully to ensure the accommodations meet their needs.

The stay was overall great. The house was clean and the location was great for easy access to multiple food and shopping outlets. I would definitely do it again if the need comes again.

Nice stay

Easy to find. Teen girls felt bathroom sinks were too small and bunk beds uncomfortable. A few ants in the bunk bed room. Net enough washcloths. Aside from that, we would stay here again.
