We have stayed in multiple places over the years with our children, and have never had a bad experience. Overall, the location of this unit is great; it is ideal to be oceanfront with children and loved the view. The unit is generally as pictured.
We had issues really from the time we arrived until the time we left.Upon arriving, the code we received didn't work, I had to call for another code. The door was difficult to open or fully close/get to lock; it was stuck and the code was finnicky often. Then, we arrived to a giant yellow bag full of dirty linens. The property manager did say the linen company was on their way to take away the used linens and replace with new ones, so we were understanding. The trundle bed mattress was really hard to open because the mattress is too large for the space. There was ceiling drywall/paint that had broken off from the corner of the living room onto the floor (pictures were sent), and there were other small open areas to the ceiling, which would otherwise have not been concerning had we not found a roach crawling on the wall later in the evening. All of this was communicated to the property manager, and they did respond that there is monthly pest control but nothing more was said. We were told someone would come out to look at the openings in the ceiling; they never did. Two days later, the power kept tripping at night. My husband was shocked trying to unplug a device. They said they'd send someone and never did.
