Dies ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung im Zentrum von Cocoa Beach. Die günstige Lage bringt Sie in die Nähe von Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral und innerhalb einer Stunde von Orlando, FL. Das Gebäude befindet sich direkt am Cocoa Beach und die Wohnung bietet einen Blick auf den Atlantik von der Seite des Gebäudes. Diese Deluxe-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Es ist mit einer Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. In jedem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über einen Whirlpool. Feels like home but at the beach!!

Easy beach access

We enjoyed our stay, especially the easy access to the beach! We also really appreciated the convenience of the beach towel machine. If we find ourselves back in Cocoa Beach, we would stay here again!

Centrally located to every thing! Spacious, clean and included everything you need. Everyone was very friendly. Pool entertainment daily! Only 2 suggestions I have is mid pool chairs and add hand weights to fitness center.

Exceptionally clean property. Easy access to the beach. Miles of great beach walking. Hot tub and pool great, with some activities and a pool bar/snack bar. Never felt crowded for a larger place. Highly recommend.

Outstanding property on cocoa beach!

My family of 6 loved the location and space of this outstanding unit. The beach was lovely and clean, pool was great (shortage of chairs but it was Spring Break and that is the norm at most resorts). Even under construction, the staff was helpful and courteous. Chris was responsive and quick. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Accommodations!

Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the pool. The water was a bit cloudy. I ended up with eye infection and UTI.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you liked the accommodations. I am sorry to hear you experienced infections during your trip. Neither the resort nor I have received any reports of this kind from any other guests. Water testing is performed twice a day to check chlorine levels, PH levels, and for harmful bacteria. Additionally, routine pool maintenance is performed to maintain safe chlorine levels to kill bacteria and maintain safe PH levels. The resort GM has pulled the pool water testing records during your 3-night stay. The readings show no harmful were bacteria detected and the PH and chlorine levels were within the normal range. If the results were to show harmful bacteria, unsafe PH or chlorine levels, the resort would shut down the pool immediately until it's safe. Because there are a variety of causes for an eye infection and UTI, it could just be coincidence that your infections occurred on the days you were swimming. Please accept my sincere sympathy for experiencing an infection. I hope you feel better soon. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss this further.

Great place nice units, terrible restaurant

The property is great, the bingo or whatever it is they do around the pool gets pretty obnoxious. Rooms are clean. The staff is excellent.The Mexican restaurant is terrible -consistently! Weak drinks And the food is all the same. Could not believe the hamburgers, a 6 inch bun with a 3 inch patty inside that looks like it came from a breakfast biscuit. They would not be there if they did not have a captive audience of week after week people.. also you cannot charge to your room which is not that big a deal but a good restaurant could make a killing in there

2nd year better than the 1st

We loved our stay last year so much we knew we wanted to do it again. The property was under construction last time and that was a tad inconvenient but not too bad. However this year the property is finished and BEAUTIFUL. There isn't another in the area that boasts as many amenities for the price. Our preteen son loves the game room and basketball court, our teen daughters love easy access to the beach and local shopping, mom and dad love the gym, hot tub, and Tiki bar; and we ALL love the pool area and how late it stays open. The condo has plenty of room for us all to stretch out and be comfortable. We hope to be back again very soon.

Beautiful Property

This place was amazing! My wife had stayed at this resort before with her staff at a prior Dr’s office. She challenged me to find it again because she couldn’t remember the name. I found it, and she said that is where she wanted to go for vacation this year. Check in was simple and a breeze. The keys to the door were wristbands, which was simple and easy, and my kids liked because they got one too. The property was beautiful, and not as touristry as I thought it was gonna be. Everyone was so friendly and nice, and Mexican restaurant on property has amazing food! We at there twice during our week long stay, and the Tiki bar by the pool my wife also enjoyed. If your going on vacation, this is the place to be. Property owner communicated regularly, and was awesome! Had such a great time, my wife and kids want us to buy into a timeshare here… 5 stars, and will defined stay here again, hopefully next time as a property owner ourselves.

Great view and clean, but I wish I had been warned about lobby construction.

The condo itself is great. Very clean, well-equipped, well-furnished, and a wonderful view! However, the lobby was blocked off and the construction noise was noticeable. That was just an aesthetic problem. More importantly, the regular beach access door was blocked due to construction. We had to exit via the front entrance and go around the building to get to the beach. The construction also blocked one of the elevators so we had to wait for elevators longer than usual. This was pretty inconvenient since we have kids and a lot of beach equipment. If I were warned about this, I probably would not have made the reservation.

Family Vacation

This was our 1st visit to Cocoa Beach, I did a lot of researching different properties, but I kept coming back to this one. My whole family loved everything about this resort. The swimming pool/hot tub area are so nice. We loved all the activities around the pool area. There is a nice pool bar where you can get drinks and food. Thus resort has a game room, movie theater which plays a movie for every age level. We loved the Wednesday night family/comedy magic show at the resort The beach is literally a quick walk on the boardwalk attached to the hotel and you can get Beach chair rentals. Would recommend to book the night ahead. The room was very spacious. Which was nice so we didn't feel crammed We had partial ocean view in this unit. The only thing I would recommend in the master bedroom getting memory foam or another mattress. The bed was a little hard. Overall, I would recommend staying here and we definitely would stay again. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from activities to do to restaurants to try. I was so sad it was already time to check out. Great resort

Quick Spring Break Getaway

This property was exactly as described. With a full, well appointed kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our trip to the beach was great. The back balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and views of the ocean. From the unit to the property, everything was clean and well organized, and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. The host of activities available each day was welcome, but not overwhelming. The location was great, offering easy access to the supermarket, restaurants and of course ice cream. We look forward to returning again soon!

Great family resort

We have stayed at this resort before and it's great. All the rooms are basically the same and I believe the master bathroom had been updated since out last stay. This particular room seemed a tiny bit smaller, and had zero ocean view unless you are 7 feet tall, but you could safely see your kids play shuffle board from the balcony.

Summer vacay

We vacation in Cocoa several times a year and it’s always a good time. Second time staying at the resort and the property is awesome. Room 215 was very nice inside and had all we needed. The only downside was there was only a view of trees from the balcony and the constant smell of smoke from the restaurant patio below us.

Love the relaxed atmosphere, great staff, amenities and spacious living accommodations. Lots for children to do of all ages. It was our second time here and we will return again!

Perfect getaway from the cold

We had a great time and recommend this for families. Our age group ranged from 14-85 and it was enjoyable for all. Very family friendly resort. Condo was just as described and Chris was very helpful and easy to reach with questions and help.

It was just not a great time due to the red tide or probably 5 stars

Property was clean - staff were nice, would rent again only without redtide.. by the way the beach volunteers were exceptional!

Red Tide lasted 3 days (in Cocoa Beach) and was completely gone by October 22, 2018. Please accept my sincere apologies that Red Tide came during your stay. I understand how it would be an unpleasant experience for your weekend getaway. Red Tide came on Thursday (October 18, 2018), the beach was cleaned by Saturday (October 20, 2018). According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission "Ocean water samples taken Monday (October 22, 2018) at Cocoa Beach Pier and Cherie Down Park showed no red tide present of less than 1,000 algae cells per liter...". We are very thankful for the community to come together to assist with clean up. Visitors and residents were out surfing and swimming by Saturday. It was very unfortunate that red tide came during your weekend getaway. Please accept my sincere apologies.
