That said, we're genuinely sorry that several aspects of the home fell short of expectations. While this historic residence has its original character, cleanliness, plumbing functionality, and guest comfort should never be compromised. We took your concerns regarding the furnishings, pest activity, plumbing, lighting, and maintenance very seriously and have since thoroughly reviewed each of the items mentioned with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We're pleased to confirm that, as of October 2026, none of the reported concerns were found to be present during our follow up inspections. We remain committed to maintaining the home's historic charm while ensuring the comfort, cleanliness, and functionality our guests deserve.
