2 parking passes are available with a $15 deposit per pass for Southern Shores amenities in 2024. Amenities include beach parking, tennis, and community parks.

Pool and hot tub are available from 5/11/2024 - 10/12/2024. Please note, the hot tub is not available year-round.

The fireplace is available from October to March.
