★ Parking - Please Park Inside the Garage and outside in the allocated space.
★ Provided Items & Supplies – Our luxury house features a starter supply of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO beverages
★ Pets – No pets, without permission. We do charge extra for each pet per stay depending on the breed. If the guest would bring in a pet unannounced they will be charged extra or asked to leave.
★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is trained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. They are ready for use and takes a little while to heat up , so switch it ON as soon as you get there. Directions for hot tub use are located on the wall next to it.
★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.
★ Wifi Reliability - While we pay for top of the line wifi, It is a fiber optic cable installed so we should not be running into issues, if there is we would try to resolve it but it might take time.
