Excellent property and was as described. Great stay. Will rent again in the future. Only issue we had was batteries went dead for the key lock on the door. Was taken care of immediately.

Great house, lots of room for our big party. Hosts were extremely communicative and quick to answer any questions. Hot tub being unavailable was the only disappointment. But wonderful overall!

We stayed at this home with our family and friends and had a wonderful experience. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for a family getaway. You can really tell the hosts care about their guests and the property. The house is spotless and great for our large family. The location is good. The hot tub had a very foul odor so we just did not use it which was not a big deal. Communications just prior to check in were less than effective with several representatives which was shocking. We called another number and resolved concerns amicably. The community where this home is has a LOT of rules that everyone seems to be trying to enforce so be sure to be in the know and you will not have any issues. All in all we had a great week with our family.

The hot tub wasnt working which was very disappointing. However they were very responsive and offered a refund. The house was gorgous!

The kitchen was inadequate because there was no place to put food since every cabinet was full. The refrigerator was missing multiple shelves which made it difficult to use. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work and refrigerated food next to the freezer froze.One of the bedroom doors had a door knob that fell off.There wasn’t a space where the entire family could sit and have a meal together.The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was as described and was very good. The hot tub was a nice extra and used a lot. The towels, beach tags, and beach chairs were enough for the family.

Wonderful place

Communication throughout the booking and stay was seamless. Bedrooms were as stated on site and in pictures. Plenty of space to gather. Hot tub was excellent. Pool table is always a hit. We had snow which was beautiful. Side streets and driveway become slick and suggest you buy or bring rock salt. Shovels were provided. Would recommend staying there and would not hesitate to book again.

Spacious home with ample room for our extended family. Our party totaled 16 with ages ranging from 3 weeks to mid sixties. The home was clean and comfortable and the hot tub and pool table were particularly appreciated. We ran into one issue with the downstairs air conditioning unit which was handled within a few hours. Very pleased with how attentive and responsive managers were. We enjoyed hiking, white water rafting, and shopping in Jim Thorpe. Would definitely recommend this home to folks interested in this area!
