Super comfortable King Bed and a Queen memory foam pull out.
Fully equipped large kitchen and a dedicated work space with a view!
Faster internet available in Sedona.
Full bath and shower combo and large walk-in closet.
Over 150 channels including HBO.
Dedicated BBQ grill.
No stairs.
There is a another Villa (Mammoth Rock Oasis) directly below you. There are NO SHARED SPACES.

The Space:
Our home has been described as Beautiful, Peaceful, Elegant, Functional and Fun! We have recently Remodeled the entire home. We are a small group of friends who purchased the home as a 2nd home/retreat and we are excited to share it with you.

The Neighborhood:
We are located right next to the Poco Diablo Resort right off Hwy 179. Just a few minutes to Tlaquepaque and Uptown Sedona. Close to multiple hikes and trail heads

Getting Around:
Please use GPS
Please park in the driveway. If you need additional parking, you will go past the driveway and you will see a gravel parking area.

Magical Stay

I stayed at this property with my dad for a really special father daughter trip. We don’t have enough wonderful words to say about our stay! Stunning view, gorgeous home, so close to everything. Can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed with the location in that it was along the busy highway. Couldn’t open windows without hearing road noise. Small patio where you looked into neighbors house and couldn’t sit at the small table to eat a meal and had to listen to cars. The wooden step platform around the bed was a hazard especially getting up during the night. Usually the host leaves checkout instructions, and there was nothing so hopefully we did what we were supposed to. No dishwasher , so could have provided a drying rack for washed dishes. Just not a property that met the high standards we are used to with our previous VRBO stays.

I am not really sure where to start, as we have over 100 reviews for this Villa across multiple platforms, and this is the first poor review we have received. A couple of things: the home is NOT next to a busy freeway. It is the 179, which has a speed limit of 25 mph next to our home, and it is 75 yards away. We never stated there was a dishwasher, and there is a nice little drying mat that is cleaned every time we have a new guest. Your feedback regarding the wood bed frame is noted. In regard to the comment about check-out instructions...we purposely do NOT have any chores or things to clean or duties for our guests, as we find this to be annoying and not something the guests should have to do. We are very disappointed to receive a 3-star review from Karen for the items/reasons she listed that are either not accurate or truly an issue.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY AND GREAT OWNER

From start to end our stay here was above and beyond in every aspect. The location was PERFECT for getting to everything we wanted to do. The house is in immaculate condition and everything is well thought out. The dishes that provided were great. The shampoo in the shower provided smelled amazing. The freezer has an ice maker which we have found to be uncommon. Jason, the owner, texted us to make sure everything was good and gave us recommendations for hikes and restaurants. He also explained that they have tons of reviews on Airbnb and just started listing on VRBO so do not let the lack of reviews deter you. You will not be disappointed here.

Best View and Cozy Space

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest apartment in Sedona, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the beginning, the communication was excellent. The hosts provided personalized recommendations for local dining, museums, and activities, which really enhanced our experience. Check-in was a breeze, and the availability of parking was incredibly convenient. The apartment is perfectly located with direct access to beautiful hiking trails right from the house—ideal for morning runs or leisurely walks, and the view from the windows was simply breathtaking, even better than the photos! The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, making it a great spot to work from home, with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable desk setup. The bedding was especially comfy, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. A special touch was when the hosts generously bought us dinner one evening during some brief construction work.
