Lanai: Lanai set for two with table with loveseat bench facing ocean. There is a coin laundry room located on every floor for guest use. We provide some essentials for you.

Nani Kai Hale features direct beach access, pool, BBQ area, lounge seats by ocean, elevators, and free onsite parking.

North Kihei is perfectly located with easy access to almost everywhere. This specific neighborhood features a 6 mile long sandy beach, dog park, little shops, bakery, shaved ice, and more.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Our units are clean and inspected.
