The home is bright, comfortable, and designed for relaxing coastal living.

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking
• Spacious living area with TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding

• Bocce ball and horseshoes
• Picnic areas and outdoor seating
Tennis and pickleball courts can be reserved at the Gatehouse after 4:00 PM for the following day.

Short drives to:
• Santa Cruz – 25 minutes
• Monterey – 35 minutes
• Carmel-by-the-Sea – 45 minutes
Enjoy world-class dining, surfing, vineyards, scenic drives, and fresh seafood along the Monterey Bay coastline.
Getting Around
Guests can walk, run, bike, surf, paddleboard, or simply relax on the beach.
Free on-site parking is available for automobiles.
Guest Guidelines
To maintain the peaceful environment of Pajaro Dunes:
• Guests must be 30 years or older to book
• Government ID required after booking confirmation
• Maximum 5 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking

House Rules & Important Information
To ensure the home remains in excellent condition, the property may be photographed before check-in and after check-out only to document cleanliness and condition.
The home is family-friendly; however, the property is not child-proofed. Guests acknowledge this and agree to supervise children at all times. Adults are responsible for supervising children and for any damage caused during the stay. Accidents and spills can happen — please report them promptly so they can be addressed before permanent damage occurs.
Community rules:
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No shoes inside
• Maximum 5 adults
• No smoking
• No BBQs
Property notice: Exterior improvements at Pelican Point (Buildings A–C) may occur in February–March and are expected to have minimal impact on your stay.
Pets: Only trained Service Animals are permitted. Please contact me in advance so required documentation can be completed before arrival.
Guest verification: A photo ID is required for all guests age 18+.
Accessibility: There is a ramp leading to the building; however, steps are required to enter the unit. The property is not wheelchair friendly .
