This setup offers ample space and privacy, making it the ultimate spot for your stay in the Land!
The Space:
Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This centrally-located, stylishly decorated, and well-appointed house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to local parks, shops, restaurants, and bars in the charming neighborhood of Kamm's Corners. The downtown area is just a quick 15-minute drive, the airport is only 10 minutes away, and the Cleveland Clinic main campus is just 20 miles away. This is the ideal location for your visit to the Land!
Spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities make this house a home away from home. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and although it has been updated, it still has some of its original quirks. This rental is for the entire duplex, so both units are included. This set-up makes it perfect for larger groups who would enjoy some privacy but are still all under one roof!
Unit 1 includes 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and Unit 2 has a bedroom and half bath on the first floor and a bedroom and full bath on the second.
There is a futon in the office if you need additional sleeping space. This area is a bit odd, as it is located off of the bathroom, but there is a door separating the rooms, so you can use it if needed.
Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street. We look forward to welcoming you to your cozy and convenient Cleveland home!The space
This home boasts spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is however over 100 years old and despite many updates, shows it’s age in various ways!
Laundry is located in the basement, which is open to both Airbnb units in the duplex.
There is some traffic noise from Rocky River Drive. Sound machines are available in each bedroom.
Our bedrooms do not all have darkening curtains. If you’re a light sleeper, please plan ahead and bring eye masks and/or ear plugs.
A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
Note: The basement may have a slight "wet" smell during rainy periods, managed by two dehumidifiers. The area is clean, tidy, and mold-free.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
