Your private balcony sits 23 stories above Top Golf and Wet Republic. The living room, dining room, and two full bathrooms allow for a comfortable stay. Just a short walk away and you have a bar, restaurant, 3 fitness centers, 3 pools & Starbucks - all within the Signature.

Though it is a PRIVATELY OWNED Signature MGM condominium, you gain access to MGM Grand Hotel, the world's largest Resort-Casino, including 7 swimming pools, a lazy river, the Grand Garden Arena, and a restaurant district with over 30 restaurants and bars. Guests will also enjoy free onsite valet parking...hand them your keys and enjoy your stay. Access the condo unit, elevators, pools, and fitness centers using private access key cards provided at the Signature front desk check-in. The MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and all 3 towers are connected through indoor climate control access corridors with conveyor belts (super convenient).

Self-Parking at MGM Grand in case Signature valet parking is full (~ $15 per
day fee may apply).
Valet parking hours: Sunday to Thursday is 24 hours/day with Friday &
Saturday hours of 5:00 AM - 2:00 AM (subject to availability).
Motorcycles are not eligible for valet parking.
Oversized parking is not available.

Pool season is generally between mid-to-late March through late October,
(depending on the weather).

as well as the MGM Grand Pool Complex / Lazy River. Do note, pools
may have limited capacity and are available on a first-come-first, serve
basis. Availability is also subject to change pending on weather and
safety policies.

★ FITNESS CENTERS
FREE access to Towers 1 and 3 (24/7 with key-card access) .
No gym at Tower 2.

✧Towels are provided by the hotel at the pool and fitness center areas.
They can be picked up and dropped off at designated towel stations.

✧Guests can utilize facilities and services (pool, front desk, parking, etc.)
in any Tower regardless of which Tower they are booked in.

★ LAUNDRY
In-unit washer/dryer access for stays of 7 nights or more.
Fee-service laundry room is located near the Tower 2 lobby (key card).

★ NON-GAMING PROPERTY
MGM Grand Resort & Casino is short walk away for your gambling desires.

★ SMOKING
The MGM Signature is a smoke-free property (not even on your unit
balcony) with the exception of smoking sections near each lobby and the
MGM Grand Resort & Casino. Smoking or vaping in any suite will result in a
$300 charge to the credit card on file.

MORE FUN STUFF

✧ MGM Grand Garden Arena is a five- to eight-minute walk using the air-
conditioned indoor moving walkways.

✧ Top Golf Las Vegas is a five-minute walk downhill on the well-lit outdoor
pathway accessed by your key card.

✧ Wet Republic is a three-minute walk, adjacent to the MGM Grand Pool
Complex.

✧ T-Mobile Arena abuts New York-New York Hotel, which connects to the
MGM Grand via pedestrian bridge. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the
MGM pedestrian bridge.

✧ Allegiant Stadium is less than 2 miles from MGM Signature, with an
approximate 10-minute Uber/Lyft ride from the taxi lot area at the
roundabout outside Tower 1.
Other things to note
★ AGE
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in.

★ CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Checkout is 11 :00 AM.
Easy check-in process similar to hotel resorts. Bring valid ID and credit
card. You receive your key cards at front desk of Tower 2. Take elevator
up to 23rd floor.

★ RESORT FEE ($0.00)
Enjoy access to Signature and MGM Grand resort amenities with NO
RESORT FEES (save ~$42 per day).

★ DEPOSIT
At check-in, MGM will put a hold on your credit card for an amount
between $100 to $300 (depending on length of stay). This is for incidental
purchases (i.e. room service, pay-per-view TV movies, spa, etc). Any
unused credit amount is promptly returned to your credit card after
check out. Cash/check NOT accepted for a deposit.

✧You can review any charges to your folio anytime from the room TV
menu to verify there are no mistaken fees.

★ CLEANING FEE & HOUSE KEEPING
The condo is cleaned to COVID-clean standards before each reservation.
Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the
cleaning fee. Daily or mid-stay housekeeping is not included, but
additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) or cleanings can be
provided upon request for an additional fee (not paid to Signature MGM).

✧Signature MGM staff will NOT provide any housekeeping service. If you
have any cleanliness concerns, please contact the host.

★ MAINTENANCE
We have a full team available to assist you as needed. Any maintenance
requests made after 4:00 PM will be addressed the next business day.

★ RENTALS
Roll-a-way beds, cribs, and high chairs are NOT available. All MGM resorts
offer wheelchair and scooter rental for a fee (contact the Bell Desk or
Concierge for info).

★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES (subject to Signature MGM fees)

Pay-per-view entertainment on the TV.
Spa services, pool cabana reservations.
Long distance calls on the room phone.
Mail deliveries must be picked up from the Concierge, subject to a
