With over 1000 square feet of space, this houseboat is a spacious retreat. The Current Moment boasts a vast master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a versatile flex room, and a loft office. The flexible room adapts to your needs – a guest room, a media haven, or a second office.

A mere 12 minutes adrift the Golden Gate Bridge's embrace from San Francisco, this abode is tailored for a single or a couple seeking a live-work retreat with two workspaces, high-speed internet and two smart TVs.

Issaquah Dock is a Bay Area gem; it has earned acclaim in guidebooks and photo exhibits. The Current Moment is centrally situated with million-dollar views of the coveted lagoon, unveiling mesmerizing sunrises, cloudscapes, moonrises, and constellations from its decks.

Indulge in culinary delights in the remodeled kitchen, complete with a full-size gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The breakfast bar beckons for morning tea and decadent dinners. This floating home is a house, not a condo or an apartment. It has no shared walls and is in its own private slip. Guest has all access. Dogs too.
