Smokers: strict!! please refrain from smoking of cigarette or any cannabis , if there is a cigarette or cannabis odours you will be charged $500 fee. For non smokers this is a very strong and unpleasant smell and very hard to clear in short time before next guest. This is a smoke free home. Please be respectful for and smoke outside the balcony if you must!
