The space
We (the homeowners) love to travel and find ourselves drawn to Orlando several times a year. My sister, your host, lives in Orlando and is available for all your needs. Orlando is like our second home and this drove my wife and I to purchase a Beautiful rental home! We drive up and stay every two months to enjoy our home and to make sure it’s just right for our guests. Who best to market our home than us?! -Garage parking for 2 cars and private parking in front of the home with room for 3-4 cars.

-Resort amenities (restaurants, bars, sports courts, arcade center, etc) are 2 blocks away, just around the corner

- Private swimming pool and spillover spa

-Backyard has a lovely large pool that is surrounded by fencing and shrubbery giving you more privacy.

-4 chaise lounges, 8 seat table on covered patio.

-Bathroom accessible from the pool patio (it’s air conditioned!)

-Back patio has removable child safety fence between back patio dining area and pool area for the security of non-swimmers. This is in addition to the back patio door pool alarm required by local laws.

Main Living Area on Ground Level
-Spacious comfortable seating area with a large sectional and accent chairs with pool view

-Laundry room is located downstairs

-Dining room seating available for 12 at the table and 6 at the island bar with Italian furniture

-Kitchen fully equipped for large groups

-2 Refrigerator/freezers with ice/water dispensers (we change the filter so the water tastes good!), oven and glass stovetop, microwave, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker, spacious pantry

-All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware

-Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen smart TV and access to complimentary Wifi

-Main living area has a large flat screen smart TV

-Upper floor loft area has a large flat screen TV, comfortable sectional and small coca-cola fridge to store drinks.

-One pack-n-play and one full size crib (you’ll need to pack sheets), and one high chair are available in the house

-All bed linens (bed sheets are silk), towels, and pool towels are provided

-A “starter set” of basic supplies will be provided upon arrival (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tablet, paper towel roll, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and tea & coffee necessities)

-Gated and has 24-hr security, 3 entrances/exits

-15-20 minutes from the Disney theme parks and Disney Springs

-30 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and City Walk

-45 minutes from Legoland

-Less than 10 minutes from Walmart, Publix, CVS, and numerous restaurants

-Grocery and Food Delivery is fast and convenient (Walmart, Target, Publix, Chipotle, Pizza Hut, and just about anywhere else!)

Homeowners
My brother and his wife originally bought this home to start their family and for my children and I to live in and enjoy. They decided to stay in Miami for the time being and have opened it up to give our guests the pleasure of enjoying their home as do we. We value the diversity, life experiences and memories created in this home. We very much love our Encore home and appreciate its value for our family vacations and as an investment.
