We’re glad the location worked well for your stay, but we sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and overall condition of the home did not meet your expectations. The issues you described—including the dead gnats, hair, forgotten item, fingerprints, and stained linens/curtains—are not the standard we expect from our cleaning team. We’re also very sorry about the bathroom outlets not working, especially during a wedding weekend when you needed them. We understand how inconvenient that must have been. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share your feedback with both our cleaning and maintenance teams so these items can be addressed. We are so sorry to hear of your issues with check-in. We certainly do try to communicate arrival information in a number of ways - email, our app and the confirmation letter you received when you made payment. Your packet was at the office for your after-hours arrival, in a clearly marked area that included directions to the home and how to access it. Furthermore, our office phone message has the emergency number to call for problems but we did not get a call from you that evening. I do know that we tried several times the next morning to respond to your voicemail, but kept getting hung up on. Fortunately, we finally connected and relayed the information to you. Travel can be a bit hectic but if you do stay in our area in the future, please reach out to us ahead of time if you are going to arrive after hours so that we can go over access with you by phone.
