This south-facing penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of Mt Cheam. The stunning golden oak herringbone floors are throughout the entire space. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable, new king bed and crisp linens. The den serves as a second bedroom with a full sized double bed and the living room couch pulls out into a small double bed. The bathroom can be accessed both from the primary bedroom as well as off the kitchen, and features a luxurious rainfall shower.
Unwind in the living area, featuring captivating vistas of Mt. Cheam, alongside the SMART TV equipped with high-speed internet access positioned above the fireplace. Although cable isn't available in the condo, the SMART TV seamlessly connects to your preferred streaming services. When you're not indoors, savor evening drinks or morning coffee on the adjoining patio accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
Included conveniences encompass a full-sized washer & dryer, air conditioning throughout, and one designated underground parking spot. Moreover, seamless access to both the Harrison Lagoon and Lake guarantees that outdoor escapades are mere steps away.
This space is ideally suited for a couple, a family with two children, or up to four adults content with sharing an intimate setting.

Please note:
1. Before your booking begins for all reservations on platforms other than Airbnb, we require that you purchase a damage waiver for $35. The damage waiver protects both you as the guest and the host in case you cause accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
2. There is one assigned underground parking stall, as well as additional free street parking across the street and in the surrounding area.
3. The condo features one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a den with a double bed and a small double pullout couch in the living room.
4. Oasis at Harrison Lake is Harrison Hot Springs newest, short-term rental building in the Village. Please keep in mind that at Harrison all lakefront condos are across the street from the water. While our building is the closest you can get to the water, it is a short walk across the street to either the Lagoon, or the lake at Rendall Park.
5. Throughout the winter season, some shops and cafes such as Muddy Waters might be closed, but most restaurants, the mineral pool and Harrison Resort Spa are open.
6. As this is a brand new unit and building, please bear with us through any unforeseen challenges that may arise. We will try our absolute best to provide the best experience we can for you and appreciate your understanding as we go through our first booking season. Please let us know directly of ways we can improve the space to make it your go-to Harrison destination.
