We’ve since paid particular attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and glassware, the landscaping around the entrance and backyard, and the outdoor lighting and safety. We are also looking into the iron and other items you mentioned so we can make improvements where needed. Regarding the bedding, our beds are intentionally designed at a lower profile, but we understand that this may not be comfortable for everyone.
