Diese Kabine in schönen Connestee Falls, Gated Community verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett im Master-und zwei Einzelbetten in extra Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit Badewanne, offene Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer / Küche Konzept bietet eine 4-köpfige Familie komfortable Unterkünfte. Ein Rundum-Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen für Naturliebhaber zu genießen. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit wird die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten an den Tagen "Essen in" bevorzugt ermöglichen. Waschmaschine und Trockner in Kabine für Mieter. Keramische Fliesen in Bädern und Hartholz durch aus mit Teppichen machen aufzuräumen einfach.
Annehmlichkeiten zählen 18-Loch-Berg Golfplatz, Schwimmbad, 4 Seen zum Baden oder Angeln, Park / Spielplatz und Sandstrand für die jüngeren Gäste, Tennisplätze, Clubhaus und Grillraum, Meilen von Wanderwegen mit Wasserfällen und vieles mehr. Wildlife wandert die Unterteilung wie Hirsche und weiße Eichhörnchen. Asheville und Hendersonville, NC sind ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Nice folks. A fine stay

Obviously there are larger and more luxurious properties in the area, but I felt like this cabin was a fine value - well appointed and clean. The owners were communicative and responsive. I would happily stay here again.

Serenity Now

If you are looking for serenity, and who isn't, this is a nice cabin with all the necessities of home in a gated community. Clean and comfortable with and amazing deck, a hiking trail across the street, and Brevard only a few miles away. Both the dog and I enjoyed it and even extended our stay. Great communication with the property owners/managers. Will be back often.

Great cabin and location

My elder brother and I came to fish in the Connestee Falls lakes(4)My wife and I some years back owned a home there and thought my aging brother a big trout fisherman would enjoy a few days fishing. The fishing was outstanding also. The Donaldson owners were gracious and their cabin more than well equipped. A double plus !!

Perfect location

Location was just what we were looking for. Quiet setting, beautiful scenery. We opened the doors to soft music, complementary wine, flowers etc… wonderful hosts that really added that personal touch.

Susan and Dave are perfect hosts and the cabin is roomy, comfortable, fully equipped, very well stocked both essentials and treats. The view from the living room and large deck is amazing. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect get-a-way

We enjoyed everything about are stay here! The cabin was very comfortable, very clean and had everything you possibly would of needed! We loved the location and the gated community was a plus! Perfect size and space for us. Pet friendly is always a plus. Close to Brevard college baseball ( reason we came ) Love the fireplace - walking was great exercise. Would love to come over Christmas some year.

Wonderful Brevard weekend get-away!

We loved this little cabin - the owner was super responsive and left us a sweet note and treats. The place was clean and well-equipped. Loved being able to use the pool and have access to hiking, lakes, etc. Perfect location! Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Brevard! We will be back!

Mountain vacation

We all enjoyed the vacation in the woods, 20 minutes from Brevard's quaint shopping historic shopping district. We took hikes on the trails of the neighborhood and saw a couple of waterfalls along the way. The open concept living area fit four adults very well.

The Perfect Getaway

This lovely cabin is a treasure snuggled up in the mountains. All the comforts of home and many special touches upon arrival. The full back deck offers a perfect place for winding down at the end of the day and enjoying the cool fresh mountain air. When we return to this area we would definitely see if this wonderful cabin is available.

Perfect Winter Getaway Cabin

The owners were great to work with and very responsive to questions & requests. The cabin was located on a quiet mountain cul de sac and perfect for a cozy SuperBowl/Valentine getaway. The cabin had everything we needed and the extra touches by the owners were much appreciated. This cabin is pet friendly and our dog loved being curled up in front of the fireplace. We would absolutely rent the cabin in the future, maybe in the summer.

Perfect family retreat

We rented this house for a family thanksgiving trip. The set up was great and Susan was very accommodating to our needs/requests. She was also very communicative during our stay with any concerns or questions we had regarding the property. The surrounding area had plenty to see and do and I would definitely recommend the property to family and friends. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

Beautiful location with resort amenities

Tucked back in the woods and not on the main thoroughfare, this is a lovely place to spend a hot summer. We had access to hiking, golf, clubhouse dining, and other resort-type activities and were just a short drive from the quaint town of Brevard. Lots of deer and other wildlife greeted us right outside the front door. Thank you to Susan and Dave for the opportunity.

Fall get away

What a beautiful place! House was perfect size for us. Very clean and well stocked. The hosts are amazing! Susan was so prompt to respond to questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she has the gift of hospitality...definitely the best rental experience I’ve had so far!

WONDERFUL and so relaxing!!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful cabin over Labor Day weekend! Susan and Dave were so helpful prior to our trip with a lot of information about the area and the property. When we arrived, we were delighted to find a bottle of wine and fresh bread waiting for us. Also, everything we needed was in the cabin...Susan and Dave thought of everything!! We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful cabin!

Cabin was very cozy and clean!

My husband and I were visiting family members in the area and were so happy that the Donaldsons had their lovely cabin available for our stay. We felt at home immediately and were surprised to find some goodies and a personalized note waiting for us on the counter! The bed was cozy and we slept as well as we do at home. We love the area and were so happy that we were able to stay in Connestee Falls. We will definitely be staying at the Cabin in the mountains again if there is availability. Thanks for the hospitality!

Dave and I bought this cabin strictly for a get away. We retired and loved the area so much we ended up relocating here permanently. We built a home right next door to the cabin that we live in year around so if you need assistance we are next door. The houses are separated by 100yards making the property private for all guests. In the summer, foliage is abundant and blocks each house completely!

We lived in New Orleans for 28 years and decided to find a small get a way from the summer heat, hurricane season and to view the fall foliage. We looked in North Carolina and decided on a subdivision which offers us a gated community for security especially when we were 600 miles away from the property.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

You would not have to leave the area except for grocery shopping if you want to take advantage of peace and quiet and just enjoy nature. We are located at the end of a long street making traffic almost non existent. We have hiking, waterfalls, fishing, swimming, clubhouse, golf course, tennis, pickleball, playground, small beach at one of the parks on the lake, boating, picnicking etc. Swimming is allowed in all for lakes. A fishing license is required but children under 16 aren’t required to do so. Please call us when obtaining a license, 864-354-1702 (Susan’s cell)
