This gorgeous fully renovated Mid-Century home is located in one of the most sought-after and spectacular neighborhoods on beautiful Lake Hamilton. This bright and spacious retreat has been thoughtfully remodeled in 2023 and features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 guests. Use of private covered boat dock is included-bring your own boat or rent one nearby and use the swim ladder to enjoy a quiet swimming area. You’re 5 miles away from Oaklawn, downtown Hot Springs, excellent restaurants, beautiful parks and historic sites. Brand new hot tub on back deck. Whether in Hot Springs for business or pleasure, this is THE perfect location and oasis!!!

Covered parking for 2 cars with room additional cars.
There is no guest access to the garage or storage shed. Guest are welcome to use all closets in the home with exception of owners closet.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home had everything we needed to celebrate thanksgiving and a birthday together as a family. The views are incredible no matter where you are in the home. The host was so kind to let us check in early and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

Had one of the best vacations. House was beautiful as well as comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the deck watching the boats. After tours and sightseeing, it was nice to come back and relax. Had a new experience at the Bath House. Thanks again.

Great Hamilton Get Away

We were looking to get away with close friends to a lake close to our hearts that we have traveled to for the last 18 years. This location and property were a great fit, nestled into the trees with direct lake access it was perfect for floating and docking the boat overnight...quick access to our preferred marina and the best places on the lake to tube and anchor for relaxation! The drive to the house really makes you feel like you have entered a world of relaxation with it's winding roads and hills that lead you to this lovely renovated house on the peninsula!

Renovation done well!

The home is right on the water with a boat slip. Plenty of room and the renovation makes the house look new. Outdoor kitchen and deck is a plus. Perfect for summer fun!

Annual Mother-Daughter Trip

The pictures don't do this house justice! It's beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay.We stayed the weekend before Memorial Day so I'm sure lake traffic was low, which made the house a tranquil retreat.If you're looking for a house on Lake Hamilton, you'll love this one. The beds are comfy and the house was very clean when we arrived. Bring your boat/jet ski and you'll be set!

Did not disappoint!

Lovely home with everything to make your stay amazing! Was great for our family stay but the floorplan would also be perfect for several couples or a girls/guys group. The wall of windows across the back giving us a constant view of the lake was the highlight! Beds were comfy, back deck was great for relaxing, and the kitchen was well stocked. Picture Perfect Stay

This was my favorite Vrbo stay yet! It looks beautiful in the pictures but it was even better in real life. The property was spotless. The property is modern and elegant but still cozy! The views from this property are one of a kind. My friends and I had the absolute best time. The property managers were so easy to get a hold of if we needed them. Overall this was a 10/10

Beautiful Lakefront Rental!!!

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Great communication, beautiful and modern renovations, and lake view and outdoor space was amazing! We found all conveniences were covered and communication with the owner was 5-star! Location is quiet and peaceful, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs. We are so happy we came across this rental, and can't wait to stay again.

Gorgeous home and views

This home was exactly as pictured. The outside space was equally beautiful and comfortable. We had both rain and sun and were able to enjoy the outdoor space equally. It was a girls trip and we each had our own bedroom and bath. Highly recommend.

Heaven in Earth

Ok I would love to gatekeep this amazing place but I can’t keep it to myself. First of all, Shana is an amazing host. So easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. Paradise on Lake Hamilton

Shana's property is a perfect place to enjoy Lake Hamilton, especially with a larger group of people! My group consisted of 6 adults (3 couples) and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of room to spread out in the common areas too. Most of the folks in my group have spent years on Lake Hamilton. This was our first time renting this home, and it was PERFECT. The location is amazing--close to the marina, close to the dam, open to a large cove but not too busy. The view from the back deck is outstanding. We spent every evening out there grilling and using the outdoor kitchen while enjoying the sunset. The views from inside the home are just as beautiful. We sat on the couch in the mornings and watched boats go by. The kitchen is not only completely updated and beautiful, but is well equipped with any appliance/dish/utensil you could need. There were even spices in the cabinet that came in handy when we grilled out. We were also able to use the boat dock with our pontoon boat, which fit perfectly. Docking was no problem! Check-in and check-out were so simple, which made it easy on our group as we were all traveling from different places and some were in a rush. Shana was a wonderful host. She was responsive, but let us be as we enjoyed the weekend in her beautiful home. We will absolutely come back again next summer.
