PET POLICY:
☞ We accept dogs (2 dogs max) and cats on a case-by-case basis.
☞ A one time pet fee of $50 dollars will be applied for stays one week or less.
☞ For 30+ day stays a $250 pet fee will be applied.
☞ To prevent any potential damages, we request that pets stay off furniture when possible. Please bring your pet's own bedding or crate for their comfort.
☞ Please pick up all pet waste in the yard during stay and before check-out.

Other Things to Note:
1. Your safety matters to us. There is a camera on the front porch of the home. THERE ARE NO OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
2. Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am - please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors
3. Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
4. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
5. ABSOLUTELY no parties or events allowed at our home

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need anything, we are just a quick Airbnb message, text or phone call away.
