Great spot!

The host family is fantastic. Easy to work with and very helpful. The onsite maintenance is also very nice should you have any questions about docks, pools, fishing, parking, etc. Great for a family. Some residents are full time so the vibe is pretty quiet and laid back... and everyone tries to respect that which is nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Plenty of room to accommodate our family (only issue was older folks may have issues with lack of railing on patio stairs). Covered parking also benefit.The communication for any questions was excellent. The condo was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed trying something new with fishing from the docks. It could use a couple small upgrades but overall wonderful value
