Great location with Brewery nearby & The Foundry Golf course all within 1.5 miles. Nestled just off Huguenot Trail which offers several historical sites to check out. This house will comfortably house 2 adults and 2 children, fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans, dish ware and utensils. Linens, towels & toiletries also available along with hair dryer. Washer and dryer is on site with detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience. TVs are in each room, two of which are set up for streaming, internet/Wi-Fi available. DVD player on site with several dvds available for viewing.

This is a fabulous house with a great location. Comfortable, clean, private and a great outdoor living space.If you’re going to a wedding in one of the two venues that is close by, this is a must for a place to stay!!! take a long weekend and enjoy yourself

Wonderful stay! Host had wine, marshmellows for smores, grill (bring your own charcoal), fire wood, and wonderful outdoor seating for a nice evening outside. Fine Creek Winery 2 miles away was awesome. Super comfortable bed. Not too far from James river. Will definitely be coming back. Awesome place

What a great little place! The kiddos and i stayed the weekend here and we couldn't have been happier with it. Clean, cozy, good parking, nice yard, stocked well and felt safe all at a good price. I’ll definitely be booking this one again.

Patti, i was shocked to hear about the air conditioner having problems on a review of your stay? I wish you would have reached out via text, phone or the website so we could react to fixing the issue? I sent a message asking if you all got settled in and if everything was good? I received no response at all so leaving me to assume all is well. Lastly, I made a decision to not charge you when the first reservation was needing to be moved as I know things can happen. That week was a loss of potential income due to change needed by you. It is concerning that you provided a poor rating without notifying me there was a concern. I always want my guests to have a great experience, I apologize for the extreme temps outside that may of caused the AC unit to struggle. It is hard to fix or change an experience if you just don’t know. Simply taking the time to share and communicate would give someone an opportunity to resolve the issue. Ty

Property was excellent. We loved everything about the beautiful outside. We didn’t ever get to use it, but I finally on the night before we left went out and sat in a couple of chairs just to relax for 10 mins. Absolutely spectacular. My only drawbacks were the master bedroom is sunken & my wife couldn’t sleep in that room because she uses a cane and worried that she would fall in the night. So she slept on the bottom bunk of the bunkbeds. While the sheer curtains were beautiful, they left no privacy. My wife had to undress in the dark or bathroom and she always felt uncomfortable with the exposure.All in all we loved the place!

This place exceeded our expectations, it is absolutely adorable! It was very clean, beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. We had a relaxing evening in the beautiful back patio. The next door neighbor was nice and welcoming. The host, Lisa, was attentive, accommodating and responded promptly. I wish we would have stayed longer!
