Nestled in the picturesque Seacrest Beach, Florida, this new section of Magnolia Cottages seamlessly blends coastal living with modern amenities. With its four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home provides ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
One of the standout features of Drift Away is its easy private deeded beach access, allowing guests to step directly onto the pristine shores that have made 30A famous. After a day of coastal adventures, a resort-style pool nestled in the community's natural wooded beauty offers a serene retreat. With its enticing beach access, resort-style pool, and captivating natural setting, Drift Away is the perfect choice for your next family beach vacation.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Drift Away has parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the front of the home
Golf Carts
Golf cart rentals are allowed in this community. All carts must be street legal with a valid tag/license plate. Golf carts must fit in the home's designated parking area along with guest vehicles and cannot be parked on the street or in yard areas.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
