You also have shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals that are walking distance. This is a very peaceful neighborhood where neighbors respect each other and their privacy. It’s like living in Key West! Hollywood beach, and Miami is a hop, skip, and step away less the 20 minutes away to be exact. The location is central & convenient.

Location was beautiful. Did not expect to enter the unit thru the bathroom, although it was an updated, lovely bathroom. The suite (actually a master bedroom)was very clean & the bed and linens, very nice and comfortable. Again, very clean. Refrigerator/freezer and microwave provided. But as a suite there was no ability for fixing breakfast i.e. no toaster, paper plates, and plastic utensils were provided. There was no A/C thermostat in the suite. The air conditioning must’ve been controlled by the main house. They did have it set at a comfortable level and there was a ceiling fan which we used. The walk-in closet had luggage racks which made it very easy to organize clothing and essentials.it was surprising to find out on the itemized bill that the price of the suite was doubled by all the fees added. For example, there were two of us, we were charged 70 for “additional guests”. Location was lovely and convenient for our vacation purposes. We enjoyed sitting outside by the lake and watching the wildlife.

The property was spotless, very comfortable in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. THe view of the lake as you walk out of the apartment is relaxing and renergizing. HOst was very responsive and very detailed with instructions. I travelled for work and it was the perfect place to come back to at the end of a long day! THank you!

Before we get obvious the suite the neighborhood and the property is nice. The lake provides a therapeutic view. There's space outside to sit by the scenic view. The suite is of a very decent size. The bed slept well. The water was hot and the pressure was nice. I didn't get a chance to soak in the tub but next time. The coffee saved my life. I was able to order food and have it delivered with no problems. It was quiet and peaceful and I was able to rest well here. I'll be back if they'll have me!

I’ve never stayed at a VRBO with a host on site but this was a great experience. The suite was very clean and had every amenity I could ask for. It was in a safe neighborhood that was quiet but still close enough to decent restaurants and stores in Pembroke Pines. The room stayed nice and cool and the pathway to the room was well lit during the night time. My host answered any questions I had promptly. Book with confidence!

The facility site is on the water - beautiful setting. It was near everywhere we needed to be. Our host was prompt in responding. The driveway is some what awkward and if it rains you will be walking through water. Fishing on the lake is permitted. Very quiet.

Clean, friendly, Quiet

The property is clean and well maintained. I stayed a month and always felt safe and comfortable. The separate entrance allows for privacy, and the two times (of 34 days) I saw the host,he was kind and accommodating. It’s just a stones throw away from many stores and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in the area!

The property was clean and very basic. When I say basic, I mean basic! I was there for a wedding and there wasn't a blow dryer to use. There was an ironing board but no iron. It was quite disappointing to have to go to a wedding with wet hair pulled up in a clip and change my clothing choice because of a lack of iron. I appreciated the path to the door (in the back of the house) was well lit coming back late at night.

I loved the water in the backyard. It was really pretty to walk out and see in the morning and evening. The space was accurately described as written. My only concern was encountering two cockroaches in the shower; however, I recognize that such occurrences can sometimes be unavoidable in humid environments.

Great for short trips!

I needed to head down to south FL to visit family and do some remote work and this was perfect and fit the budget. The area has pretty much every store you need and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I highly recommend this place for those quick trips down there. The only minor issues for us: 1) the next door house was getting their roof redone so there was construction noise right outside our bedroom window from early hours onward which was a bit disruptive for sleep and work (but this isn’t the host’s fault), 2) There is no AC control in the unit since it’s part of the house so it’s not cold in there (big fan for sleeping is nice) but if you want it colder, maybe bring an extra fan. These were small issues to us overall, since the value you get is worth it here. The bathroom is the best part of this suite and the whirlpool tub is a great addition. Again, I highly recommend this place for those short trips to south FL when you don’t need a fancy resort stay and want just the basics in a quiet area. Would stay there again. Thanks again!

Quite and well appointed.

It was very quite and well appointed, very clean. There were just 2 things 1. There was no AC, but there was a ceiling fan that kept the room cool. Beautiful lake view outside as well 2. The Security motion lights did not turn on so it was very dark outside and the entrence is in the back of the house. I really enjoyed the lake view and the peaceful
