Ready to relax? This vacation rental will have you "chill in'" by the pool, "chill in" with the dog, & "chill in" with the fam! This recently renovated beach house is a great choice for your next Sandbridge stay. Sitting just 2 tenths of a mile away from the Sandbridge shoreline, the stroll to the beach is a breeze! The lower level of this home offers a Game Room with 2 Full Size Futons, Bathroom, Foosball, 70 inch TV, and NEW built in Wet Bar and Wine Fridge with access to the pool area. As you make your way up to the second level you will find your Great Room, Well Stocked Kitchen and Dining Room. The family style dining area is expansive with seating for the entire family and tons of natural light. The King Primary bedroom is spacious and features bright tropical decor, TV, and ceiling fan. There is access to a full size Bath in the Hall. Next Door, you will find the Queen Bedroom also equipped with ceiling fan and TV. On the other side of the Great Room are 2 additional bedrooms. A Queen and a bedroom featuring a Bunk Bed (Twin/Double w/ Twin Trundle). There is also shared full size hall Bath on this side of the home. This is an ideal arrangement for those traveling with children or teens!
You will find yourselves making endless memories when spending time outside! This home has a lovely pool area, expansive decking, outdoor shower, gas grill, and everyone's favorite "corn hole"! Rest assured your pup will have a great time too- the back yard is fully fenced, plenty of space to play a game of fetch! Dogs are also permitted on the beach, leashed in the Summer months before 10 AM and after 4PM. In the off season dogs are permitted anytime! Don't hesitate to make "Just Chill In" your next choice for your Sandbridge Vacation!

Check-in was one of the best and easiest we have ever had. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about everything you needed for cooking and food prep. Never lost internet. Side streets were great for walking and biking. Close to the beach. The pool was great.

Wonderful stay

The house was really clean when we arrived and check in was very simple. We did not use all the amenities as we were only there for a few days but for a longer stay I think what they provide is good to keep people from being bored on a rainy day. Overall I would definitely look in to staying at this property again or another property managed by this group

Family gathering/Memorial service

The space of the house was great, nice set up. Plenty of amenities. The floors in the bathrooms in front of showers and the bathtub though were very spongy, im sure due to water damage. Our only true complaint was the anount of dog hair on blankets, and couch covers. We did wash them before sitting on couches or sleeping.

Great Location But Poor Experience - Subfloors & Grill

The location was a very short 3 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Layout was as described. No real outdoor space by the pool. Flooring had gaps in it from improper install. There was a soft spot on the floor in one of the three bathrooms. We decided not to use it & use the bathroom downstairs. Then realized the bathroom floor downstairs was even softer than the upstairs bathroom & had a hole where you could see daylight. Then we tried to use the grill to cook dinner. It had a rotting piece of meat left on it & had maggots growing in it. Needless to say, we refused to use the deck area or grill. When we met with the rental company owners, they were less than accommodating & dismissed my concerns about breaking the flooring or falling through the floor. To be told "You're not going to fall through the floor" is not a proper response. To offer to "send someone to clean the grill" is also not a proper response to maggots. They finally offered to bring us another grill. We asked to be moved to another property & were told there were no other properties available. They sent their plumber who agreed that BOTH floors were "really bad" & after his report, they "found" us another house. The other house was much farther from the beach, but it had the amenities we expected and paid for. My caution to you is to make sure the subfloors have been replaced in 2 of the 3 bathrooms or don't rent this house. I am sure they have other properties that will meet your needs.

Hi Karen, Thank you for yyour feedback. In response to your review- I would like to clarify a few things. The grill was missed by the cleaning crew. Of course we offered to come down and remedy the issue immediately by cleaning the grill and turning it on a high temp to allow it to burn off. When requested we were happy to bring another grill down at your request. When you brought to our attention there was a concern about the flooring we immediately sent a plumber to check for any issues that could be producing this type of damage he was also there to confirm the severity of the damage- again a same day response. Once the plumber came back with the details we responded and moved you to another property where an owner had previously been staying so we could make sure you were taken care of. We moved you into a beautiful, waterfront home to ensure your satisfaction. I think as a guest its important to understand that there can be underlying damages/ issues to any property including our own personal property that we are unaware of. This was the first report of anything like this at this home so understandably its shocking. There was never any intention to dimiss your concerns. We reacted immediately and after we were able to move you to another property we immediately had a contractor and a plumber in the home to make the necessary repairs. This review is unfortunate and misleading. Its a great property- we reacted immediatey to all concerns.
