Booking Requirements

• Guest Limit: Strictly 8 guests maximum.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

• Security/Damage: Guests must select either a $1500 refundable security deposit (held for 7 days post check-out) or a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).



Strict Rules (No Exceptions)

• NO Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.

• NO Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.

• NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.

• NO PETS ALLOWED: This is a No Pet property, with the exception of certified service animals subject to the detailed Service Animal Policy (advanced notice, non-aggressive history, and compliance with all licensing and vaccination requirements are mandatory).
