This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).


Pets
we consider pets but requires approval and details of pet before booking. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We prefer smaller dogs that are hypoallergenic and under 25lbs. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the inside and yard. Please pickup after pet in neighborhood. All pets require a pet non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets
