Maple Sanctuary-Monthly Rental 3 Miles to Downtown

Welcome to Maple Sanctuary, where your beautiful home awaits just North of Downtown Greenville, which is only a quick 8 minute drive away.

Our home is fully-furnished and the rental price includes all utilities and maintenance. We are also dog-friendly with a fee.

Maple Sanctuary is available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months).

Located in a prestigious and historic neighborhood, Maple Sanctuary is sure to charm those wishing to move to the area or who need to retreat to the upstate for an extended stay.

When you arrive at the property, you will park on the street in front of the home. Guests will proceed through a front gate to the pathway that leads to the spacious front porch, which is equipped with 6 rocking chairs. The building is accessed through a smart lock code on the front door.

This front porch area and entryway are private for guests. As soon as you enter the front door, you will go in the door to your right to access your spacious unit.

On the left side of this duplex lives the owner, who has their own private entrance, parking area, and living space.

The doorway opens into our cozy living room where two vintage armchairs, a large sofa, TV, and industrial style decor await you.

Off of the living room is the main hallway, connecting the two bedrooms on either end. Each bedroom is equipped with nightstands, lamps, and a King Bed. The back bedroom has a dresser as well as a closet, and the front bedroom features a TV and a closet.

Please note, all TVs offer access to streaming through your apps, as we do not offer cable.

In the middle of the two bedrooms off of the hallway is the bathroom, featuring a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.

Finally, behind the living area is our large, spacious kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, with a peninsula for staging and prepping food. Our dining table seats four, and is open to the kitchen area.

In the corner nook off the kitchen, we have a fold-down desk, which guests can use to work comfortably (High-speed Wifi is included).

Our complimentary washer and dryer are also located in a closet off of the kitchen.

Pets are welcome to join you for your stay for a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet.

The home is located in a residential, historic neighborhood, just above the N Main area. We are sure you will feel right at home and enjoy riding through the neighborhood to see the houses!

Public transportation is still not up to snuff in Greenville, so I recommend having a car to get around. We do have Uber and Lyft, however, which are good options for a fun night out on the town.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
