Komplett renoviert für 2015 mit einer Gourmetküche mit Kochinsel, Edelstahlgeräten (2 Mikrowellen, 2 Kochplatten und 2 Geschirrspülern) und einer geräumigen Frühstücksbar mit Platz für 3 Personen und einer prächtigen Terrasse mit eingebauten Bänken mit Blick auf den Pool und das Fairway !
Die 3 Master-Suiten sind geräumig und der Großmeister beinhaltet ein Soundsystem und Gästesafe! Als zusätzlichen Bonus werden Sie alle Betten mit frischer Bettwäsche bei Ihrer Ankunft Komplimente von der Hausbesitzer gemacht zu finden! Es gibt auch eine Leseecke mit Blick auf das Fairway.

Great time together

Check-in was easy. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Kitchen was well equipped. Two stoves and microwaves was very helpful. Glad to find a great assortment of beach and pool accessories. Rental company responded quickly and positively to our questions and concerns.

The house was big and had lots of usable space. It was roughly an 8 minute walk to the beach, so very close. Parking was easy and the pool area was nice, but a little worn. The jacuzzi was very dirty with lots of residue build up on the side. The jacuzzi maintenance man came on Thursday which was the day we left. I would recommend either more frequent cleanings or a cleaning at the start of each stay given how important cleanliness is with a spa. Overall it was great and the hosts made it easy.

When we arrived the house was not cleaned, food stains on floor , counter tops and table, refrigerators were not cleaned. 20 minutes after calling emergency services 8 people arrived and cleaned inside of minutes , no attention paid to detail. It could be a really nice place with some TLC . Electric outlet with no cover ,bedroom closet door broken off and sitting on floor , windows look like they were not cleaned in a long time. Management never called to see how things were going. I probably will not rent fr from Carolina Shores again .

Big Family Holiday

We had a great time at this property. We had 15 family members and this house was plenty big for us all. The kitchen was stocked amazingly well which was a huge surprise as we cooked all of our meals at the house. The pool was lovely. One strike against this property is the noise of the highway. It was hard to have conversations on the porch or at the pool. Also, several of the bedrooms had different bed configurations than what was shown on the website which presented problems with some sleeping arrangements. Luckily we brought some air mattresses with us. With those things being said they didn't affect the good time that we had in Kitty Hawk.

Beautiful home but for older people the steps were a nightmare, you really should have an elevator! The refrigerator downstairs did not work too well—only kept food cold when it wanted to—I lost hamburgers that were in there cause they spoiled. The hot tub just has one working jet which I called in but no one came and fixed it. The refrigerator up stairs, had a broken drawer at the bottom and the closet in the queen bedroom next to the bunks kept coming off the hinges. Ice maker in basement did not work! Also when I booked this house I was told I would have a discount through Aaron but they called and said after a payment was made that this house did not take that discount! Very disappointed with that, it should not have been offered if it was not available—false advertising! I also learned later that there may have been a different scout for educators which we had two with us.

Very nice vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house to celebrate with friends for the week and it was excellent. When booking online it's always difficult to know exactly what you are getting, but this house lived up to the beauty of the pictures, was true to description, and met our needs. The layout was very nice with nooks for people to spend time independently with the large open third floor serving as our group gathering space. It was clean, spacious, well appointed, and walking distance to the beach. One downfall for us was the noise between the floors. With kids going to bed / waking up earlier than adults, it was difficult to keep the sound contained (footsteps and sound in general travel between the floors). The only other concern was the cost to heat the pool, it was very pricey; however traveling in early May we elected to pay it in order to use the pool, otherwise it would have been way too cold. I would definitely recommend the house to others and would consider renting it again. Thank you Carolina Shores for your attentiveness to our needs during the stay. We are hoping to return again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very roomy, stocked extremely well, however not everything worked. Outlets were removed in the living room. Bare wires were hanging out of at least 2 outlets. Outlets by the bed in the master bedroom did not work. Out phone chargers had to be plugged in across the room. Very noisy area. The highway produces a lot of noise. The description said the walk to the beach was 6 minutes. My best was 8. That was without kids or any beach gear. All in all, the house was in a nice neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay. The place just needs some work.

Great Vacation

House was very accommodating for our large family! Kitchen has two dishwashers and stoves/ovens! House was clean, and available EARLY for us! Pool was perfect. Only disappointment was the outside table/umbrella (broken). Plenty of pool toys for children. Short drive to beach.

Perfect week in OBX

This home was awesome! The only reason I gave 4 stars on location is because it is located on a one way street and gps always brings you in the wrong way. And the reason for the 4 stars on description is because I wish all the wonderful amenities had been mentioned, it would have saved us a lot of packing! If you have a baby this house is for you! Full size crib (bring a sheet), stroller, 2 high chairs, baby bathtub, potty seat, several baby gates, pack n play and even some cute toys!! Also, you don’t need to bring pool things, there were so many noodles, rafts and toys. And… beach chairs and carts!! This home was perfect for our family vacation!!

Excellent home!

We dearly loved this house! Pool, hot tub, game room and views were great! Several not so good things that didn't really affect our stay....dishwashers are not good, pool radio doesn't work, and just having direct TV in the bedrooms was the pits. If you don't like stairs don't rent this one! Golf course view was nice, but this home is located a stones throw away from a 4 lane highway so there was ALWAYS traffic noise. But we got used to it. Sunrises were amazing! Drive to beach was about 2 minutes. Could've walked but didn't wanna cross 4 lanes of traffic. Dealing with Carolina Shores was great! We will most likely visit this house again! Had something for everyone.

Family getaway

There were 8 adults and 4 children (3-10yrs) in our party and we had plenty of space! Lots of room for us to spend time together but also spread out if we wanted lol they had great beach chairs and plenty of beach toys that my kids enjoyed! There is only satellite TV in the living room and top floor master bedroom. The rest of the rooms have chromecast. The description they have on the site made us think all the rooms had satellite. The only real complaint we had was that the beds were not the most comfortable and they need to do more detailed cleaning but we would still stay here again.

Awesome Vacation

It was perfect for my both my daughters and their friends. We had plenty of room so we weren’t on top off each other. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and if we didn’t feel like making the walk we could just hang out at the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Close to everthing

Everything we wanted and more. The pool, hot tub and game room allowed our guys and gals time too chill and relax. The ice maker and two stoves and microwaves an added plus. Having the beds made another amenity we loved.

Wonderful week in Kitty Hawk!

We spent a week here in August 2021 and definitely enjoyed our stay! We had 8 adults and 2 children and had more than enough space for everyone. The location was great - 4 min drive to the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pool was a great size and we enjoyed it all week! The dual stoves/ovens in the kitchen came in handy a ton! There were a number of spiders on the tall ceilings of the top floor that freaked out the kids and a lot of flying bugs by the end of the week at the bottom floor entryway. We were careful to keep doors closed as much as possible, so not sure how they were getting in. Overall had a great week and would consider another stay here in the future!

Great Rental Property

This house was a great size to accommodate a large family vacation that included 10 adults, 3 kids and not to forget the dogs! Easy walk to the beach and loved having the pool/hot tub back at the house when we were beached out. Highly recommend this property!

Nice house with great games.

We arrived to a very strong fish smell in basement and they sent a maintenance man who did some cleaning but we did purchase carpet powder, air spray and scented candles. You have to drive to beach because crossing a four lane highway too dangerous of a walk.

Family Vacation

This was a great house in a great location, 10 minute walk to the beach, everything was clean, lots of beach chairs and sand toys and a beach wagon for transport. The pool deck area was great, outdoor furniture/hammock on the decks was a nice touch. Most impressive was the double sized kitchen with two of everything, microwaves, dishwashers, ovens - a great house for a large family or multiple families to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was pretty good for our vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone. Unfortunately, it rained and stormed every day we were here. We made good use of the games in the house. We had a Family Olympics with pool, air hockey, and ping pong!! The only complaints I really have are: road noise really is an issue, some speakers for sound system didn't work, the patio furniture was not usable which was disappointing, and the pool table has seen better days. All in all we had a good time.

Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here. We had teens, tweens and a 6 year old and all had fun in the pool and playing table tennis and air hockey.The only things to improve on would be the outdoor furniture by the pool. All the loungers had rips/tears and also definitely to invest in a decent trash can upstairs in the kitchen :)The house was clean and comfortable and very spacious!

Excellent price for the duration and location

The house was very nice. We stayed for a week. and it had all the amenities given that we were mostly staying indoors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There was enough rooms, linens and the kitchen was fully stocked. Also liked that there was an additional kitchenette in the first floor. For the price, it was really good value. And the property management people were very courteous, responsive and helpful.
