Very private and quiet pond front 3 bedroom 2 bath Cape Cod ranch recently renovated. Here you will enjoy the serenity of nature, the swans and otters playing in the pond. Over a 1.5 acres of private land, large outdoor seating area, BBQ and fire pit overlooking the water. The interior of the home has a beautiful open layout, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, and two large updated bathrooms. The primary bedroom overlooks the pond. Enjoy a screened in porch with pond views as well.
The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed, dresser and two closets, and a Private Bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom. The Second Bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and has a large walk in shower. The Kitchen has an open floor layout with countertop seating for 3 and a center island, lots of cabinet space and counter space, lots of natural lighting and it opens up into the living room and dining areas. The dining area has a table and seating for 6. The porch is finished, with sliding windows and screens that overlooks the pond, with teak and cushioned couch that seats 6. The outdoor BBQ and Fire Pit area has seating for 10 plus.
There is a large private driveway from the public street that takes you to the home's private parking area and the entrance of the home. There is parking for 6 cars or more in the driveway. You follow the paver walkway to the entrance of the home and enter the smart lock code to enter.
Our property management company is located a few minutes away from the home and we can provide in person assistance immediately if something comes up.
Very quiet North Falmouth neighborhood known for evening walks and close to Megansett and Old Silver Beach
There is parking for at least 6 cars in the private driveway. The house is located on a quiet road in the heart of North Falmouth. North Falmouth is 10 Minutes from the Town of Falmouth, 10 Minutes from shopping at Mashpee Commons, and 20 Minutes to Woods Hole.
The pond is accessible from the house down a small path in the front yard. You can launch kayaks or boats from there (without motors, no jet skis) I do swim in that pond but swim at your own risk, there are snapping turtles in the pond so watch out if you do. You may see swan, otter, foul, turtles, frogs, and occasionally a fox and coyote.
No Smoking. No Parties.
Tenant agrees to not have more than the number of maximum number of guests without prior authorization from host.
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
Tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused to the house, or its contents including furniture, glassware, cookware, art, carpets, walls, linens, any other contents of the house.
