Pet Friendly Oceanview Condo With Two Decks & Easy Beach Access!

Renovated two story townhouse style condo with ocean views from the two private balconies. The first floor features the living and dining combo, a fully stock kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and a private balcony off of the living area. The second floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the second private balcony, a secondary bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin and another full bathroom. Other features include wood look flooring throughout, ceiling fans, three cable TVs and a full size washer and dryer. The complex has a beachside zero entry pool and a second pool surrounded by a tropical lagoon with Koi fish and turtles. The lagoon pool is heated during the winter months. This unit has a second floor entrance. No elevator. This unit is pet friendly allowing up to 2 small dogs with a non refundable $250 pet fee.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Place was great, everything as described and community was nice family oriented. You can see the ocean from the balconies which was a nice bonus. Kitchen was stocked. We had a great dinner at Beachcomber and loved how accessible restaurant, shops and groceries were. We would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful trip! The condo was in pristine condition, very clean and very well put together. Our stay here put us at the beach within minutes, and we enjoyed the pool areas as well. The location of the condominium is also another reason to enjoy a stay here. You are within minutes of restaurants on the beach, within minutes of attractions to experience, and within a close distance to downtown. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall a good property. Easy access to the TWO pools and the beach. Pet friendly!The space is just a tad cramped for anything over 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Only one full bathroom upstairs, shared by the two bedrooms. One full bath downstairs, but not an ideal location with both bedrooms upstairs. All in all, a good property though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit is a beautiful space, the views are wonderful! Our stay was very nice. Pool is always nice and the walk to the beach is amazing. However, the cleaning of the unit could use to step up their game a little bit. Trash was still in all of the small cans around the unit, the dishes were still dirty inside the dishwasher. In the master bathroom upstairs, there was a stain on the floor coming from a leak of liquid substance in the trash can and trash was also found behind the toilet. The floors were sandy and dirty. Sand I understand that’s hard to keep out when at the beach. I know this unit is a pet friendly unit and it’s possible that there is a pet accident stain on the rug in the spare room. I could be wrong. With that, the rugs could use to be cleaned other than vacuumed. Paul is always a joy to work with as he is so helpful. All the restaurants are amazing.
