Die Seaview Villa liegt hoch über der Karibik mit Hans Lollick Island direkt gegenüber und den Britischen Jungferninseln im Osten. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend vom 80 Fuß langen Deck mit einem 12 mal 20 Fuß großen Pool.
DIE UMBAUARBEIT BEENDET IM HERBST 2015, mit zusätzlichen Fenstern in jedem Zimmer, 4 renovierten Badezimmern, einer neuen halben Badewanne, einer Bar im Freien neben dem Pool und allen neuen Anstrichen. Jedes Möbelstück und alle Geräte sind neu.
(4) Große Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad und komplett neuer Einrichtung, geteilte Klimaanlagen und neue Fenster garantieren jedem Gast Komfort.
Die Küche verfügt über Mahagonischränke und neue Edelstahlgeräte.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Ledersofas, HD-TV, WLAN-Internetzugang und Klimaanlage.
Die beiden Pergolen an beiden Enden des Decks sind mit einer klaren Überdachung versehen, damit Sie bei jedem Wetter speisen und sich entspannen können.
Die Gründe sind üppig mit schöner Vegetation und benutzerdefinierten Steinpfaden.

The view

This was a girl’s trip of 8 adult women. The location is a bit away from the main tourist areas but we had a car rental so were able to go wherever. You’ll definitely need to rent a car if you stay here. The house is nestled into the side of the hill with tremendous views of BVI! Woke up every morning to a splendid sunrise! If you are looking for a great grocery store it’s about 15 mins away called cost-u-less. They have everything you need. We had a really enjoyable time. If you’re looking for a great catamaran trip look up “sailmeow st Thomas”. They were excellent! Food was great as well!

Spring Break

Overall the stay was great. Upon arrival, there was a miscommunication about the cleaning of the property but we were compensated for that. My college kids enjoyed the house. I loved the layout of the house. Everything was nice. Our last night in town, we lost power but that happens often there. I would definitely decline to rent this property again when we go back.

Joel‘s place is absolutely amazing. We had three adult couples in our party. I didn’t expect the set up and it was absolutely amazing. One of the bedrooms was downstairs and very private. Upstairs there were two separate buildings so each couple got their own building. We absolutely loved it and it did not disappoint. It was equipped with all the towels and amenities we needed for the beach. There was a bonus in the kitchen with all the spices and oils. You have all the cookware and dinner where you need. Thank you so much for everything!

Paradise For Christmas

All four bedrooms offer their own private “retreat”. It was perfect for our young adult children. It’s a very quick ride to Magen’s Bay…we tried other beaches but decided that Magen was our favorite. The views are spectacular, the pool is relaxing, and just the perfect spot for a larger group.

Family Thanksgiving in St Thomas

This was the 3rd time we've visited St Thomas, but the first time taking our adult sons. And, we did it for Thanksgiving! We loved the Seaview Villa and really appreciated all of us having our own space with the 3 separate sleeping areas. Beautiful view from the deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails by the pool. We had one day of rain, which was nice to sit under the covered pergolas. Just perfect to enjoy the double rainbow and take great pictures! If there was anything that I would recommend is just that the deck cushions could use a freshening up. Thank you, Joel, for sharing your beautiful island home with us.

Beautiful House and Scenery

The house is gorgeous and the scenery is breathtaking. We had little issues in the beginning because there wasn’t any propane for the oven, stove, or grill but the owner got someone in that day. The generator doesn’t always turn on during the power outages but doesn’t last more than a few hours. Besides that we had a great time!

Very accommodating and clean

Joel, the property owner was great, very responsive! The guest before us broke the washing machine and left the pool sandy. Joel had a new washing machine installed the day after we arrived and the pool cleaned! The property was very accommodating for our group of six. There was a power outage for several hours but the property’s generated saved us! Joel gave us clear directions on starting the generator.

Beautiful house and setting, and close to many beaches and attractions

The house is in a breathtakingly, cinematically beautiful setting. That incredible view made the intermittent power outages and generator issues worth it. The house is well-equipped for families, with nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and provided plenty of space for my teens. The pool was fun for the kids as well. The week we were there in early June, St. Thomas was experiencing rolling blackouts. The generator was supposed to turn on and off around those power outages, but it wasn’t working correctly and eventually just stayed on (after Joel sent a maintenance person out for a second time). Power outages happen, but I wish the generator had been in working order. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect!

Great views and large property

The views from this property are amazing and the living spaces are very large. It is nicely decorated and the AC works great all around. For the price, however, there is some work that the property needs. The patios could use some maintenance, including removing bugs and webs from above the outside dining area. Also the large double doors on one of the bedrooms tend to bloe open and we had to use a chair to secure the door. Some light bulbs were out in dark areas. The washer and dryers onsite don't work very well, so I wouldn't rely on them. Lastly, there is an issue with the generator where it doesn't turn on automatically when power is lost. And bring your Off!, because there are some bad mosquitos. Overall the stay was good and the Owner is easy to contact.

Perfect Getaway

The property was absolutely amazing. We went down as a group for a wedding and this place had everything we needed. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which could not have been better. The location was perfect, very quiet and amazing views. It was absolutely perfect weather and we had an amazing time with the pool and just hanging out. The check in and orientation was incredibly helpful, letting us know where things were, such as restaurants and grocery stores and what they recommended. Would definitely rent again if we ever go down there as a group again.

My wife and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at this house and it was exactly what we were looking for. The views were astonishing and the privacy was perfect. The house is loaded with amenities and super spacious.

Great View!

The place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location was great! We had lost power right before we had to get ready for our daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner and he offered to put my family up at a hotel in town he even booked our rooms for us. The power did come back on and we did not need to use them, but this showed how much Joel really cares about his guests. We would definitely go back to this place.

Perfect vacation

The house was fantastic! We had three couples in our group. Plenty of room and privacy. You don’t often find a place with bathrooms connected to every bedroom. It was beautiful and the view was fantastic! Joel was super responsive to any questions. He also provided a great resource for taxi service and island info. Highly recommend. We used a combination of rental car and taxi service.

Great family spring break

We had a great family stay at the villa. The pool area and stunning views are the major highlight - you won't be disappointed! There are also plenty of places to sleep with enough privacy between rooms. It's a short (but of course hilly !) drive to Red Hook for food or the ferry to St. John, as well as into town at Charlotte Amalie.

I grew up in the outer boroughs of New York and moved to Manhattan in the late 70's. Real Estate ownership and management has been my business since the early 80's.
Once I 'semi retired' I was drawn to more beautiful property in the Virgin Islands. With a partner I bought my first place on St Croix, which we still own.
In 2012 I found a great waterfront home in the Peterborg East area, just west of the newest property, Seaview Villa.
Seaside, which has been tremendously popular with renters, and Seaview, both share the same breathtaking view, which is what I love about each of them.

Seaview was affordable and needed just the right amount of upgrading that makes it so rewarding for me.
All the 'bones', like masonry construction, incredible landscaping, pool and stone walkways were there. And that magnificent view!
I just needed to leave my mark on it.
