Stay in our cozy, non-smoking home in Redding, just a short drive from Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay Exploration Park, and Bethel Church. After a day of exploring, unwind in our pet-free, smoke-free retreat. Enjoy nearby shopping and dining options.
The front and back yards feature several beautiful trees that, in autumn and winter, create a cozy blanket of leaves on the grass and walkways, adding a touch of seasonal beauty to your stay.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining area, living room, and an outside covered patio with furniture. Sink into the plush comfort of our spacious living room, furnished with cozy reclining sofas and a Smart TV. Simply sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney accounts for entertainment.
Guests have access to the entire house, except 2 locked storage closets.
Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. ALL vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway. Street parking is NOT permitted for short-term rentals in Redding, per city ordinance. A $150 violation fee will apply for any vehicles parked on the street, and this fee will be passed on to the guest. Our property can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with a maximum of 4.
Additionally, the City mandates that we maintain a log of all vehicles brought to our residence. Before arrival, please provide the following: vehicle make, model, color, license plate number, and state of registration.
The garage can accommodate 1-2 vehicles, with space for 2 more in the driveway. To access the garage, enter the house with your door code, then open the large garage door. Upon departure, please close the garage door first and exit through the front door. Do not exit from the garage.
Security & Safety:
✦ To ensure guest security and home safety, exterior cameras monitor the outdoor areas and record audio and video. There's also a camera in the garage facing the garage door (it does not face inside the home).
There are no cameras inside the house.
Please note that tampering with, obscuring, or disconnecting the cameras or Wi-Fi will result in a $250 penalty fee. We also reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund if these rules are violated.

No parties, gatherings, or or events. Registered guests only - 6 maximum. No other people (family/friends/etc.) are permitted in the house & on the property without prior written consent from the host or co-hosts.
We allow 6 guests maximum. If more than 6 people are brought to our home, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund, charge a $200 fee per extra person per day or night.
No Pets/Animals - Our home is pet/animal free, including service animals. We love pets but since we stay in our house when it's not rented and have allergies, we cannot accommodate any animals. We strictly enforce a no-animal policy, including service animals. If there is any evidence of animals during your stay, you will be charged $250 per animal for deep cleaning to remove hair, dander, and/or urine odor. Any damages caused by the animal(s) will be charged separately.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed on our property- inside or outside. This is a non-smoking/vaping home. The use of drugs or Marijuana is prohibited on this property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if the scent of tobacco or marijuana is detected in the house. This fee is necessary to ensure that the odor is completely removed before welcoming the next guests.
