:) My name is Carlos Paiz. Welcome to Host Kings AirB&B. During your stay, you will have full access to our Private 1st Floor Level. Please note that the garage may periodically open and close. I live on premise in the basement level with separate entrances. Until the end of your stay, we will be restricted to 1st floor access. Their are no internal shared spaces. Your stay will be fully secluded to our 1st Floor and Front Yard. Reminder for our backyard access rule (Restricted: Reason -Pets and Remodeling).
