Live Oak Cottage on a beautiful lot with large oak trees and fenced backyard.

Live Oak Cottage is a beautiful little gem set on a large lot with many oak trees. This 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom that sleeps 7 has been recently renovated with new flooring, new counter tops and new appliances in the kitchen and the inside has been totaly repainted. The furniture and decor are beautiful. The beds have brand new 14 inch mattresses that are very comfy. One bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV and it's own private bathroom with a tiled shower. The second bedroom has queen bunk beds and it's own bathroom with a shower/tub combonitation. Each bedroom has it's own split A/C unit so you will be comfortable while you sleep. There is a shelf with a rod to hang clothes in each bedroom. The living room has a split A/C unit, a very comfortable couch and love seat with a 72 inch TV. There are board games to play and a dart board too. Feel free to take a poloroid picture of your group and add it to the picture frame. It has a penisula that seats 3 and a table that seats 4. It is stocked with plates, coffee mugs, cups, silverware, pots & pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils...everything you need to cook or grill for your stay. A print of the world hangs over the dining table where you can put a pin in it to mark where you are from. From the kitchen you can go out the backdoor to the large fenced backyard. It has lots of large oak trees that provide lots of shade. Bring a hammock and relax under the trees.

We start you off with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap and dish soap.
Linens are not provided. Be sure to bring sheets, pillows, blankets (if you think you will need them) and towels for the bathroom and kitchen.
