Welcome to this sweet condo we call the Splash Pad! It's located in Mariners Village in the resort community of Mariners Landing.

(We know it’s difficult scrolling through listings and knowing if that place will have everything you need, but if you’re looking for a stress-free stay where you and yours can either lounge AND/OR play, this is your spot!)

*Linens & bath towels provided (please bring your own beach/pool towels)

PETS: We allow 1 small (under 20lbs) well-behaved dog with an additional $100 pet fee and require the following agreements:
-Dog is not allowed on the furniture.
-Dog will be crated when owners are not present (we have a large dog crate available for your use!)
-Dog is up to date on all flea & tick treatments.

ON-SITE AMENITIES & LAKE USE:

Upon booking, you'll need to provide your email address to receive all the info & mobile key access for your amenities (listed below). There will also be a link included to register your vehicle for parking and your boat in advance to rent a boat slip during your stay.

(Mariners Landing Guest Release Waiver must be signed at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
