Pearl by the Sea ist ein neueres Zuhause und befindet sich in einer erstklassigen Wohnanlage in einer Privatstraße am Ende der Sackgasse. Obwohl Expedia (die Muttergesellschaft von Homeaway) alle Kontaktinformationen entfernt hat, bis das Haus gebucht ist, bin ich immer glücklich, Ihre Fragen jederzeit zu beantworten.

Ich bin mir sicher, dass Sie NorthTopsailOceanfrontRentals für eines (oder beide) der Pearl by the Sea und / oder des Flip Flop Inn (gleich nebenan!) Lieben werden. das ist ein teil von northtopsailoceanfrontrentals und auch gleich nebenan. Beide haben einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Insel. Hartholzböden (jetzt sind sie Fliesenböden in Holzoptik) mit einem wunderschönen Strandthema.

Alle Schlafzimmer (King, Queen und Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten) im ersten Stock haben Zugang zum Oceanside Deck und eine herrliche Aussicht. 2. Stock (w / Queen Schlafzimmer) verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Zimmer und einen Essbereich mit Meerblick und gelegentlichen Delphinstandorten. Kinderbett / Hochstuhl für kleine. Flatscreen-Fernseher in den meisten Zimmern. Der Aufzug geht vom Erdgeschoss in den 1. und 2. Stock. Es geht nicht in den 3. Stock. 3. Etage ist King Schlafzimmer. Ja, wir haben WLAN! Ja ... Gemeinschaftspool gleich die Straße runter!

Hinweis: Im Winter 2019 erhielt das Pearl dank des Sturms im Herbst 2018 neue Fliesenböden in Holzoptik und Strandnähe. Sie sind großartig geworden. Ich habe Bilder woanders und werde sie irgendwann auch auf dieser Seite veröffentlichen.

Expedia, das ständig Änderungen vornimmt, hat begonnen, unser Strandhaus als "Einheitennummer" zu bezeichnen, um unser Haus und seine Einzigartigkeit, als Teil des Inventars zu erscheinen, zu verallgemeinern. Die Perle am Meer ist keine Einheit. Es ist ein Einfamilienhaus am Strand und Teil unserer Nordsee-Ferienhäuser. Es gibt nur eine Perle am Meer am North Topsail Beach im Dorf Stump Sound.

What a fabulous place!

The Pearl will not disappoint! The location is perfect-oceanfront, beautiful yard, close to amenities. It has the best well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Our family loved the decor, the large kitchen table for meals and puzzles, the elevator for hauling up suitcases/groceries, and the kid toys and games. Wonderful!

We just finish an adult only family reunion at Topsail and “The Pearl”. Beautiful home with bright, beach colors and all the amenities of your own home! Especially liked the the elevator, walk way to the beach and the ice machine downstairs.

Great property, super vacation

There is no downside to this property. The property owners are attentive and helpful. The house is beautifully furnished. The best part is the wide front porch off of the kitchen living area where we spent many hours enjoying the view and letting the little ones play. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful week at the Pearl

We had an amazing stay at the Pearl. It was a very last minute booking (other host canceled last minute, putting us in quite a predicament) and Susan was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The kids absolutely loved the amenities, including volleyball court, pool, etc. My family loves to cook, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. They’ve thought of everything. The owners were amazing to deal with, and I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

One of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in!

This house was so fabulous that I don’t know where to start. The home owners clearly take a lot of pride in this property. It is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped (we like to cook) and even has an ice machine. There’s so much attention to detail - from beachy wall sconces and murals in the ceramic floor tile to a dolphin shaped handle on the foot wash station. Super convenient walkway straight onto the beach plus gorgeous balconies to sit and sip wine and enjoy the ocean from (the gate on the deck was crucial in keeping the grandkids contained!) Definitely recommend this wonderful house!!

Great for Large Group

Our family had a great time (except for Hurricane Debbie) staying at the Pearl. Susan is easy to communicate with and helped with all our needs prior to our visit and during the visit. Read the reviews before going because the house has so much to offer! If you are tight on space, leave your chairs at home and use the Tommy Bahama chairs that are at the house! There is a second fridge and an ice machine!! So helpful if you are like us and make all your meals for the week.

We’ve stayed at many houses on Topsail and this was the best. It is hard to find an ocean front house that takes dogs and has an elevator , but this one has it all. The house is stocked with beach gear, nice kitchen equipment, bath and beach towels, fans, sheets, ice machine and extra fridge. It’s in a good location in the center of the island. It has an elevator and is dog friendly. The kids loved the volleyball court and mini golf course. Lots of yard space for the pups. There’s also a community pool.Susan was great-very communicative and conscientious. This is an A house!

Marvelous home on the beach!

The Pearl has it all - privacy, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, and most of all close proximity to the most wonderful stretch of private beach area. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to gather at meal time or scatter for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked for the days when you want to bbq or cook in. And everyone enjoyed their most comfortable beds. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the porch and simply watch the ocean waves, sunrise/sunset, feel the breeze and breathe in the fresh air, so relaxing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. And you'll not find a better owner than Bob and Susan Frank. They both went over and above to make our adult autistic son at home so that he could enjoy his time away. In fact, he stated that he always wants to vacation in one of Ms. Susan's homes! Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home with us, we are very grateful!!

Stay away!

The owner double booked our vacation week, leaving three families with 5 children stranded at 4:00 on check-in day. We had to find our own house at the last minute 1 hour away. While the rental agreement states that if the renter breaks the contract, the owner keeps the full deposit - Susan Frank, the owner, BROKE THE CONTRACT and offered one third of that amount if we would trust her to rent to us in 2017. Seriously? We were given a code that wouldn't work and then watched another couple move in. This person is not trustworthy of representing VRBO.

I made a mistake and accidentally dual booked this week - only time in 11+ years of renting. However, this renter was not left stranded. We located two equal properties, which the renter initially accepted but later declined and decided to go to another beach. We provided a full refund that day and offered the renter a $1000 discount on a prime week next year. They instead demanded a free week not to write this review. We took this as an extortion attempt and stuck by our original offer knowing there was no way we were going to satisfy this renter.

The house was everything we wanted and needed! It is right on the beach and at the end of the road so you truly feel secluded. The beach was beautiful and not very busy for our spring break. The house was also perfect for our family. The elevator worked great for those who struggle with stairs. All the bedrooms had great space, a nice bed, and beautiful beach decor. Plenty of fridge space, beach chairs, kitchenware, oh and the best space was the 3 different decks you can enjoy ocean views from. We had an awesome time and you will too!

A Pearl by the Sea is perfectly named. What a gem of a property! This spacious home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful ocean-front view, well-appointed bedrooms/baths, a kitchen that is a fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The decks and walkways to the beach are well designed for easy access. The volleyball court and putt putt are so much fun! Add in Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards sitting in the outside cubbies, kid toys, and crib, what else do you need for a wonderful vacay!!?? This owner (Susan) thought of every detail to make guests feel like they’re not home away from home. She was incredible at communicating throughout the rental process. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Gorgeous accommodation!

This is our family's second visit to the Pearl and we were excited to return to such a beautiful house. The ocean views are incredible and you can get your toes wet in about 3 minutes door to water. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The volleyball court and outdoor areas are a great way to way to keep your crew busy in the evenings with games and hanging outside. The living room and eat in kitchen was a great way start the day with our family with some having coffee on the porch and others lounging for lazy cartoon watching. We willost certainly return

Perfect house

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We would definitely love to stay again. Sadly it was already booked for next year but I can understand why

The Pearl is a GEM!

Our visit to Pearl by the Sea was amazing! The location, cleanliness, and overall house is wonderful! Also, the owner, Susan was fabulous and communication was great. We can't wait to visit again!

Such a great place to escape

Susan thought of everything to make our experience beyond memorable. Me, my mom and dogs definitely want to return. The views from all the various decks and sounds of the ocean waves really help put you at ease. The house was very well stocked and very clean! I would 100% return again and hope to do so in the near future. Thanks again for everything Susan!

The Pearl of the Sea was an absolute dream. Our family had a wonderful time on the beach.

The Pearl had everything and more for our family. From kitchen supplies to beach chairs there is nothing that we needed. The rooms were perfect, comfortable beds and the volleyball court was perfect. The fact that the dogs could be on the beach with us made it even better. Thank you Susan for all of your advice and being so kind. You have a beautiful home and we appreciate you sharing it with us!
