Our newly built modern home is a place for you to retreat, relax, and reset. Gather around the fire, relax in the hot tub, unwind in the steam shower, and enjoy your music on our Sonos system. This your time to unplug. All while surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Located in wine and beach country, just a 10 min drive to Weko Beach, steps from Lake Solis, and only a 10 min walk to the grand mere park walking trail. In home massages and wine tours available, please inquire for more details.
The Space:
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom includes extra blankets and cotton linens. The master bedroom has a steam shower ensuite. The home is designed for entertainment. The living room, second floor loft and patio are spacious and inviting for all your guests.

The patio includes a solo stove, patio heater, hot tub, dining table and umbrella, large igloo roller cooler, and Adirondack chairs.

Parking pad includes newly installed EV charger.
Guest access:
Guests will be able to access all areas except for two utility closets.
Other things to note:
The home is situated in a sandy area surrounded by dunes and forest. Public access to lake Solis, just a few steps away. Walking distance to grand mere park trail. There are three homes near fully built in the community of 12 beautiful modern homes. There are security cameras on the outside of the house.
